Great grill. Been cooking on it every night. Good high heat and low heat. Well built Pros: Flame tamers, good high heat, grill grates, Lifetime warranty. Con: small space between grill grates and warming rack. A few more inches would make a huge difference

Was impressed with the reviews online and the BBQ Guys video on this Blaze grill. It did not disappoint. I researched this purchase for several months. I have been a happy Weber customer for many years, but I was looking for an upgrade for this outdoor kitchen project. I inserted the grill into NewAge outdoor stainless cabinets (which worked fine) but in retrospect, It would have looked better in the Blaze cabinet. Build quality is exceptional. It has a heavy, commercial quality feeling to it. I bought the natural gas model. I would recommend it

I have had my Blaze grill for a little over two months. I have some pros and cons with it. Pros: 1- nice looking 2- lower price than many built in grills 3- materials seem high quality and durable Cons: 1- I have had continuous trouble lighting one of the burners even after cleaning the ignitor with steel wool as directed by BBQ Guys 2- The drip pan fills with water any time it rains and results in a messy clean up, especially if there is any grease in the pan 3- I expected perfectly even heating at this price point but there are hot and cool spots 4- Have tried with no success to get some customer service from Blaze regarding the one burner which will not light with the ignition switch 5- The cover for this grill does not keep the grill completely dry and I have to turn it inside out to dry after a rain storm

I was all set to purchase a CalFlame P4, but had a miserable experience with their customer service department... BEFORE THE PURCHASE! New research brought me to BLAZE. I'm so thrilled with this BLAZE grill. It is incredibly well-built and arrives completely assembled (other than dropping in the flame tamers and cooking grids), and delivers incredible heat with precise control. LED lights and internal lights are a really nice feature. Flare ups are controlled very well. I have found even heat from side-to-side and front to back. The grill even came with spare bulbs for the internal halogens and an extra set of LED buttons... The lifetime warranty was also a deciding factor in my purchase. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with this grill

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
