For the price point, it's a good grill and was a definite step up from our Weber Genesis. A couple of quirky minor issues but the grill is solid.

I had a Weber for over 10 years and it pains me to have let it go and bought this instead. The material on this bbq is superb but the most important thing which is how it "cooks" it's a terrible design. There are so many inconsistency with temperature, the back burners burn your food and the ones close to the knobs basically don't even cook your food at all so you are left out with burnt overcooked food. I feel like the burners are way too close to the grill causing the flames to burn your food and not letting your food be cooked. I get depressed every time I use this grill and the amount of money spent. "DO NOT BUY"

Rear Burner does not work no matter how many times Blaze attempts to troubleshoot. They also act as if this problem Is only on my grill when lots of customers are complaining. Cheap rubbers on the knob cracks after 1-2 uses. Sure it looks nice, but customer service is not owning up to their poor product.

We purchased our grill 2.5 years ago and were so excited to receive it. This grill gets insanely hot and normally I might love that but insanely hot is terrible if this is your everyday grill. It limits what you can grill of it is a delicate fish. One of the Berber's shuts off when you turn it all the way down. The rubber grips on all the knobs fell off within the first year. Generally, it feels like a fancy or expensive Weber. I would not buy this grill or brand again.

This undoubtedly the worst grill I've ever had. I don't know if it was the installation or the quality of the frill, but it's been one problem after another since day one.

I've owned this grill for less than a year, it's always covered when not used. The rubber on all the knobs are cracking and falling off, it flames up horribly even on the lowest setting, despite proper seasoning and cleaning the grates are rusting and in total I may have grilled on it 20 times. Extremely disappointed, total crap product.

Grill itself works fine. But the entire lighting function stopped working inside 3 months. Went back n forth with bbq guys and mfg and no one would step up with solution. Now stuck with high priced grill with no lights in. Built in outdoor kitchen. Could be worse just expected more when I bought this a drawer set, outdoor fridge, etc.

I've cooked on stick burners, charcoal, and propane. I've always wanted a built in natural gas grill and after months of research the 32 inch 4 burner fit my budget and has everything I was looking for and then some. I finally got it installed today but my kitchen isn't finished yet. It's beautiful. I haven't cooked on it yet but I can't wait. It took 4 minutes to get to 450 degrees. At 15 minutes I was at 700 degrees! That's hot! Can't wait to sear some steaks. It's well insulated and appears to be pretty good quality. So far it's on another level compared to my previous lp grill. I anticipate my first cook soon and can't wait.

Finally had a chance to use the grill once the new built-in was finished. What surprised me most, is how effective the grate design is in leaving quality grill marks on the food. The triangle works as advertised. The grill pre-heats quickly with plenty of space for a lot of food if you desire. I did replace 1 burner with the infrared, a requirement for many searing applications and still leaves a large grate area (3 burners) for other grill item. The grill itself is high quality stainless, as are grates, flavor bars, heat shields, double walled lid. I cannot think of another grill that offers so much at this price point and I have used other brands such as DCS, Lion, Coyote at family members house. I can confidently recommend this is a great choice if you are in the market to a well build, designed and functional grill. You will not be disappointed.

We bought this model and have installed it in a covered patio, so it's not directly exposed to the weather in our installation. Given the robustness of the construction I expect it would be fine, but they might recommend a cover for the unit when it's not being used.

So far no rust but the cleaners did report that they need to find a better product to clean the surface. We have a covered porch but heavy rain could make it wet.

For the best results, we recommend putting your grill underneath a partially covered area, or using a Blaze grill cover to protect your grill when not in use. If salt water from the ocean isn't a concern, simple cleaning and having the grill covered will definitely increase the life of your grill.

Asked by Drew | Answered by HunterHi Patrick! Blaze is a great option even without the ceramic briquette flame tamers. Blaze prides itself on having all stainless steel construction. Their flame stabilizing grid is different than traditional flame tamers as it is specially designed to reduce flare-ups and helps maintain a more consistent temperature serving the same purpose as the briquettes. Ceramic briquettes can be fragile and do have to be replaced after some time. So unless you are set on having the ceramic briquettes I would recommend the Blaze grill. This Blaze grill needs a cutout that measures (in inches): 30-5/8 x 21-1/4 x 8-1/2. With your current AOG you probably have a cutout of 30-3/4 x 19-1/2 x 8-1/2. It looks like you would just need a touch of adjustment to make the 21-1/4 inch length opening.

Asked by Peggy | Answered by JoeyHi Turner, Blaze and Blaze LTE series grills are not available with pre-installed infrared burners, but we do have detailed instructions on installing the optional infrared sear burner upgrade (model number BLZ-IRN, product ID 2856742). If you would like to purchase and upgrade a Blaze LTE grill, the infrared burner installation is fairly simple and can be done using needle nose pliers and an allen wrench, you can also contact our customer service department or Blaze directly for assistance or troubleshooting.
