I was tired of buying a new grill every other year so decided to splurge and get a commercial grade grill. I git this one from bbq guys on their recommendation. As far as looks and quality I would give it 5 stars. But after using it, it flares up too easy and is very hard to regulate temperature, pretty much get high or low and low is not very low. It does look great in my kitchen, just wish it was able to cook better.

This product looks great and is built well. However it cooks way too hot, flare ups are horrible and since the day we got it the temperature gauge doesnt work or register the proper temperature. Everything we cook burns and it's just embarrassing.

I bought this grill last summer and used it through the summer a portion of the winter and then starting the season. The hotspots are a little inconsistent but certainly can be worked around. Once a year I do a complete teardown cleaning of my grills and so I just completed that. This grill was absolutely incredible for disassembling and then in a clean. It's manufactured design seems to be a kit where you basically can disassemble it without any tools clean it all out and each stage the cleaning goes into the grease tray and then at the end you take the tree out and dump its contents. Incredibly simple to work with. There's also the adjustment for each burner to adjust the heat for the air intake versus the propane so there was a way to calibrate the four burners. I consider this a win-win for me I would recommend the purchase of this grill

Rotisserie is not the greatest very limited in size of items you can roast. Chickensv are a no go without removing all grates and separators. Price tag with options give it a 6-10

Cooking on this thing is like driving a Tesla. The food cooks itself practically. I bought this grill and the power burner and now I cook outside more than I do in the kitchen!

BBQ Guys are great to work with! I grill year around in KY. I was tired of replacing my grill every 5 to 7 years. I decided to spend considerable more to potentially buy my last grill. With the all stainless construction. Notable features: Double lines hood, cast stainless burners, lights and stainless steel freestanding. The heat output is better than any grill I have owned! The optional infared burner provides great steak house searing. I have only had my Blaze grill for a month, so I am still learning how to cook on it because it is able to cook so much hotter. I would highly recommend BBQ Guys for their service. I would highly recommend Blaze grills!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
