The grill is great. Love the lights and the quality. You have to learn to slow turn the knobs to get some gas going prior to the ignitor engaging. Especially on the rear infrared burner. The cart is good. Would be great but the casters are so hard to get to you have to get on hands and knees to lock and unlock. I would be truly hating this but I will be moving to mounting the rill head in a rock kitchen when the contractor can get to it.

We have loved our grill but after a couple months the rubber grips on the knobs cracked and fell off. The grill is under our back porch and covered so it's not weather damage It's a little thing...I know. But for the cost of the grill I would expect the rubber grips to last longer than 2 months.

The grill works great but unfortunately within half a year of using it the rubber that surrounds the temperature control dials has completely rotted off on all the dials.

The grill arrived damaged (it looked like it had been dropped on its side). BBQ Guys expects the customer to examine a product within 5 days of delivery for any damage. I was not able to remove this heavy grill from its packaging on my own, instead the installer arrived a few weeks after delivery and found the damage. After a lot of back and forth BBQGuys they finally agreed to send replacement parts in 3 months! I was sold and paid for a new grill and they are doing me the "favor" of sending parts for me to refurbish it and not until the end of the summer no less. No grill is worth this hassle!

The grill itself works very well. The customer service is even better. My hood was damaged in a major storm and they replaced it under warranty. Fantastic company and grill !

I have this grill in the cart configuration. It also has two side shelves. The cover for the whole thing, fits very tight and has to be stretched. As a result, it has quickly ripped where the cover crosses the corners of the shelves. It should be a simple thing to design the cover to fit better.

I had a Weber for a decade. Then I went to make an outdoor kitchen with a built in grill. I was impressed with the quality of the materials on these Blaze grills, particularly considering the price. However, now that I have it, I find I'm constantly having grease fires even with the burners on the lowest setting. I didn't have this problem with my previous Weber grills. It's like the design somehow collects the grease on the flavorizer bars until it catches fire. Very little of the grease makes it to the grease tray under the grill.

The product has worked great. This is a small compliant that the black elastic around heat control knobs have broken. The grill is a couple months old. I know that the elastic doesn't add or deter from the grilling capabilities, but it is a bit disappointing for them to have worn out on a decently expensive grill. Sometimes it is the little things.

I would not recommend a Blaze grill at this time. I paid a lot of money for this grill and the rubber knob protectors have disintegrated twice in just 6 months. Customer service just gives me the run around. BBQ Guys and Blaze are somehow "partners", but nobody wants to take responsibility for this issue.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
