Blaze Professional LUX 6-Piece 34-Inch Propane Outdoor Kitchen Package - BLZ-3PRO-LP-6PC

Purchased this grill from BBQ Guys and so far, the grill has lived up to expectations. I give it 4.5 stars. The build quality for the grill has been top notch and feels very well made. Just know that this grill is HOT. If you're coming from a propane tank to the Blaze Prof Lux, there will definitely be a learning curve when cooking with it. Be ready to flip your food. I also purchased the infrared sear burner and it has complimented the Blaze Prof. Lux well. When the infrared burner isn't in use, the remaining two burners leaves plenty of room to cook my food. Like most grills there are hot zones and less hot zones, so learning this is part of the learning curve. If there was one con with this grill, it's that the ignitors do not light every time. Because of the flame tamers, I find it hard to see if the burners are lit. I usually go buy the initial flame up at ignition to tell, but sometimes I do not see the visible ignition or cannot feel heat. On occasion I will need to ignite 2-3 times, but eventually they will ignite. One tip for igniting is that you turn the knob and let 2-3 seconds of gas out before you press the knob to ignite. That seems to work best for me. I've never had a burner not ignite as it eventually does.

I looked around for a long time and wanted something that was well built and that it is. This grill is more heavy-duty than anything I have seen. Due to the heavy construction it does take longer to heat up. Lighting is another plus as most of my grilling is in the evening. This is a nice addition to my outdoor cooking area. I have two other grills a green egg and an infrared grill. I plan to do rack of lamb tonight on the blaze for the first time. I will braze the lamb on the infrared grill and set the Blaze to low heat. Everything I have tried has turned out well. The only problem I encountered is only two screws hold the grill to the cart in the front. Nothing in the back so when moving the grill around the back end will shift to the left or right and if you don't have the cart shelves set just right it will interfere closing the shelf.

If I could give zero stars I would. This grill is the most difficult grill , I ever had to use. First thing, is you can't see flame underneath. It does get very hot, BUT you can't put the flame on low it goes out! So my food is burning. The screws fell out while , I was cooking this evening, and the lid fell to the side. I tried the rotisserie, and my pork loin didn't brown. Other screws had also fallen out. This is a VERY VERY EXPENSIVE grill, and my cheap old grill outperforms this one a thousand times over. I definitely DO NOT recommend.

I got the grill installed and up and running in September of 2020. I love it I use it weekly! I like everything about this grill, but the things I really like are the heavy grates, the heavy flame tamers work very well, the lights on the inside are bright and very helpful too. It looks amazing and can get super hot or run consistently for extended periods of baking. I haven't used the Rotisserie burner yet so no review of it but I'm sure it'll be great. It seems very well built as well. I wouldn't think there is much better at this price point. I researched for months and made the call on this one and think it worked out great very happy.

This is a fantastic grill! Very easy to use, ignites the first time every time. The cooking grids make great sear marks and I find there are no hot spots on this grill. If you want no flare ups, the flame tamer upgrade is well worth it. I find this grill also has a better look than most others. Also, the warranty is best in class.

The blaze professional looks great on the patio and it's very well built. Unfortunately i haven't had much success cooking on it. It's either too hot and burns food or not hot enough to cook food through and through. The lid thermostat doesn't give you any real sense of temperature either. The lid is tall and the grill is fairly large so naturally it gives a reading much lower than the actual temp on the surface (more than you would expect) The grill also has bad hot spots and flare ups way more than I expected. I've given myself a year to acclimate to this grill before writing this review since I was sure I would get the hang of it. But sorry to say this thing just doesn't do it for me when it comes to cooking. For reference I had a Weber genesis before this and it never disappointed when it came to cooking.

Very high quality

I bought this grill in Sept 2018 and have been using it ever since. Very easy to use, high performing. Couldn't ask for better. Also, customer service at BBQGuys is top notch, I realized the rotisserie was delivered without the rod, and they shipped out a rod 10 months later at no cost (one of many positive experiences through a very large, outdoor kitchen purchase).

I really love this grill!. It replaced a Fire Magic grill that the manufacturer would not honor a warranty for. The BBQGuys strongly recommended this grill, and they were right on! The grill is well made with quality parts. It has all the features I wanted. The first few cookout have been very successful. It heats up quickly, sears the meats perfectly without an infrared burner, and limits flareups. Can't wait to use the back backburner. One caution- The natural gas connection on the back of the unit needs a deeper cutout than the grill cutout template specifies. Beware
