Great gril

The anti flame up doesn't work that well.

We purchased this grill four years ago and it is in a completely covered area in Central Florida. On four years it has massively corroded with holes in various parts due to the corrosion. Blaze's warranty solution is to send us almost the entire grill in parts for us to have assembled. We do not have the parts yet, but even getting to this point has been a hassle. If you are buying this product for quality or warranty, look elsewhere.

I've had this grill for 4 years, and the only time i was happy with it was the first time I grilled anything. It was all downhill from there. This grill flares up EVERYWHERE. Food is constantly catching on fire because flames are constantly coming up through the grates. The "flame tamers" are useless. This grill has hot spots and cold spots, making it very frustrating to cook a lot at the same time because nothing cooks evenly. I've had nothing but trouble with getting the burners to ignite. Only 1 burner will fully ignite on its own. One won't ignite at all without a lighter, and the others only light on one half unless I use a lighter or get the one next to it to light. I've never even used the rotisserie burner, but that's probably a good thing because it ignites 1 out of every 5 times I try to light it. My cheap, rusted out Weber Spirit was more reliable and cooked more evenly than my shiny Blaze grill. I'm extremely disappointed in this purchase.

I am very happy with my BBQ Guys Island with the Blaze grill. All items Perform as advertised. The refrigerator is especially nice and is actually my favorite thing about the whole island. Everyone I spoke to during the purchase process was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This is an excellent grill. Super warranty. I bought the basic model. I have a vent hood above it with nice lights and it's under a well lit porch... no need for the lights. I prefer to keep my lighting and my grilling separate. It does everything I need and does it well. It's well built, nice looking, and perfectly functional. I have not had any problems. The heat on mine is even, good control from high to low. I see some comments that low is not as low as they would like. I have cooked a lot of dishes using cast iron skillet. I'm able to make sauces, noodles, etc. with no problems. I did hear that the searing infrared unit tends to fail. I didn't pick up one of those but they are relatively cheap and if I do pick one up I will consider it to be disposable. I also see one review that says the gas burner holes clog. Mine are just as clean as the day I got the grill, so I'm wondering if this person is cooking some really greasy meat or something similar.

I installed the grill only after I had to alter the backsplash on the cabinet. My mistake and I needed to widen the opening so the cover could open up. The heat distribution is hi to low, rear to front and I'm ok with that as long as I know where to cook. It gives me heat options without burner adjusting as I cook. Overall I like this grill.

Looks as advertised. Haven't completed installation yet due adjustments on the kitchen frame still needed. I would not have purchased the rotisserie kit if I had known it included the rod and no forks.

This replaced a Weber Genesis that totally rusted out. I will update once I have cooked with it as I just put it together today. The build was very simple and other than actually mounting the firebox it was a one person job. I ordered one infrared burner as well and it was a very easy install as well. Construction is rock solid and I am very impressed with the quality of the components. With the 3 regular burners on by themselves I am getting easily getting 450+ in minutes. A word about BBQguys.com - I spent about a week looking at options and I got great advice from the people at BBQguys.com who were all super friendly and helpful (and patient). 10/10 would recommend and have a number of friends ready to order too. Will update after the first grilling session.
