Warranty
The stainless steel grill body, DiamondCut cooking grates and warming rack, stainless steel Trellis burners, sear burner and rotisserie infrared burner are free from defects in material and workmanship for the Lifetime of the original purchaser. The spit rod, briquette trays, manifolds, gas valves and sealed burner assemblies are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years and Hestan Outdoor will repair or replace defective parts (excluding labor and shipping). All other grill components are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (colored grill bodies warranty can be extended to two (2) years with purchase of grill cover). Labor not included.

Compared this to DCS series 7 grills and chose the Hestan due to looks.. I think the brand is known for commercial products but home use is iffy. Not much attention too detail. Grill looks great and runs hot with good range of lows. Maybe a little too hot ,and high, as flames were high enough to go above the grate. And as other reviews stated it's easy to have flare ups. Install was the worst , came fully taped , which took hour to remove. Sticky wrap stuck to stainless steal and left marks as well. MUST DO LEAK TEST THOROUGHLY. Didn't think I needed to deal with LP gas lines besides hooking it up to tank. Hose it came with had big leak and had to be replaced. Also had to deal with small leak in hose to grill connection. Regret not spending more to upgrade cart to model with drawer. It's has a lot thicker side walls and doors compared to the basic which was flimsy. Doors don't stay closed and there's no magnet to keep closed.

I spent a great deal of time researching a grill for our outdoor patio. As background, we have a large wall that was unable to accommodate a built-in outdoor kitchen for various reasons. So it was as important to get a grill that was good looking in the large space as one that performed well. Prerequisites included: Built in North America, stainless steel and ability to grill everything needed for a large gathering at once. I decided on the Hestan Aspire due to the appearance of the grill and the ability to get the diamond cut grill grates to improve the look. I've only used it twice so far but everything works as it is supposed to. Also, I usually buy local. However, when calling Hestan to find a local dealer they set me up with someone who had knowledge of Hestan products. I felt BBQ Guys gave me more information to help make my decision and decided to go with them. Pros: 1. We really like the look of the grill and are very pleased with our choice. 2. The diamond cut grill plates are fantastic as food doesn't slip between as much and there is more surface area for cooking. 3. Cooking efficiency has been great so far. I think I am pleased with the extra burner on the Hestan Aspire 42" vs. the Lynx 42", but I have nothing to compare to. Cons: 1. Very challenging to set up as it is really heavy. Took a full day to set up. I'm not sure if a local retailer would have done more set up or not. 2. Not all the screws were included. Luckily I had what I needed at home. 3. The side shelf does not fit on one side. I have requested a new part but have not received it yet. Again, maybe a local retailer would have been easier to work with on this. 4. The ceramic flame tamers are very small and not very esthetic. I think the Lynx flame tamers look better and probably function better as there are more of them and in the same plane. Fortunately, you don't notice them very much under the grill plates. 5. The rotisserie bar is cumbersome to store.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
