Constant flame outs, 50+ degree temperature swings, clouds of thick smoke. I've only used this grill a few times and nothing but problems. I'm using the camp chef pellets that came with the grill.

I have had my Woodwind SG24 with Sear Box for 9 months and it has been spectacular. I have used it for ribs, brisket, pork butt, bugers you name it and it always produces fabulous results. I have seen some comments about it not producing a lot of smoke and that it is hard to get a smoke rings or flavor. I have not had any problem with that! The ribs I cooked last week came out looking and tasting like competition level ribs. This is so easy to use and produces a great meal, I would never consider grilling on anything else. The grill works as advertised, is easy to use and clean. I really appreciate the ease of emptying the ashes from the firebox.

This is a must for a grilling enthusiast that enjoys the smoked flavor as it produces the very best deep smoked flavor in all your favorite dishes. I have smoked everything from prime rib to pie in this machine and have savored every bite. You don't get a bigger bang for your buck with any other grill in it's price range. Dual thermometers, Low smoke, high smoke, up to 500 degrees and a seer box to boot. Very easy to clean. Reduced cleanup with the built in soot removal system.

I purchased about two months ago and have been using daily to cook on. The cooking process is easy. The temp probes allow me to cook a variety of items and they come out perfect. Clean up is easy and the grill looks impressive. I enjoy making Bacon on the grill, on my propane grill I use to have I always had to keep an eye on it and most of the time it would catch fire and ruin the bacon. On the Woodwind it never has caught fire and I don't have to babysit I can do other things while it cooks. We did a ribeye roast that came out incredible, a 15lb brisket that was to die for, and a turkey that was so juicy. I also Grill Steaks, Chicken legs, thighs, veggies.

I bought the grill about 6 month ago and have used it about 10 times over those six months and now the paint on the front of the grill is flaking off in big chunks. Reading thru the warranty it looks like paint is not covered. I have owed several grill over my life and have never had one where the paint has chipped off. I know the paint wont effect the grilling but it sure effects the loos of the grill. I would also like to see the auger operate at a faster speed when it comes to changing out the pellets as now it takes about 5 min to change as you wait for the old pellets to empty out.

I must have been a good boy this year cause Santa left a new Woodwind with sear box under my tree. I fired it up and did a brisket flat to get the feel of it and WOW, what a difference it made over my previous electric smoker. Excellent smoke without having to feed chips all the time. Held the temperature well, and the results were great, moist and tender, my only regret is that I should have bought a bigger brisket. Clean up was a breeze. Ready to do a tenderloin for New Years Eve dinner. I have a lot a Camp Chef gear that I use with the RV to include the pizza oven (grand kids love make your own pizza), and their durability and design made the Woodwind decision a no brainer. So far no regrets.
I bought the woodwind a couple weeks ago, I couldn't be more satisfied and impressed with this grill! the sear box is a difference maker. I had a minor problem in the beginning due to shipping but it was resolved very quickly. Amazing support staff.

I just got my Woodwind about a month ago and have been using it for everything; from smoking to grilling! It's been so easy to use and the temperature gauge makes it really easy to cook everything to the perfect temperature! I've been able to consistently smoke the most amazing ribs on this grill and my friends can attest!

I've had my Woodwind for six months. I bought it with a sear box. I have a nice offset smoker also. I also use two sizes of Weber grills. The Woodwind is incredible! Using the two smoke settings insures perfect heat and smoke control. The probes keep the temperature where you want it. I used it on a "high smoke" setting with cherry wood pellets.to cook Thanksgiving Turkey. Best turkey I've ever cooked and, at 74 years old, I've cooked a lot of birds! The color, the consistent internal turkey temperature, the wonderful smoked flavor. It's the best smoker I've ever cooked on!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
