Customer Reviews
I have an LTD24 which is the Browning Buckmark version. I have been having some issues with it and when contacting customer support, they have been so easy to deal with and very helpful at getting me what i need to fix my grill. I am by no means a brand specific shopper but the experience I have had from Camp Chefs customer service people has won my loyalty!!! I am a Camp Chef customer from here on!!! I normally dont give feedback on products because most of the time it is a so so experience but when I am taken care of very well I make sure they know how good their people do!!!

It took a little time and work to put it together but most things that take a little work are worth it.
I was impressed with this grill from the time I started assembly at home. I had already eaten pulled pork and Brisket from a friends grill, and he showed me all the features. In particular I liked the easy cleaning features. Not a 5 star rating because it need to have the caster wheels included on left side of grill, and quick start grill instructions (like clean the ash drawer EACH TIME) on a laminated card. I spent a lot of time going thru the manual looking for gems.
I used my DLX24 only a few times since I bought it and it's awesome. Sorry to say I had multiple issues with brand 'T' from initial purchase. Over feeding, interior fires, burnt meats, just for a start. They helped me trouble shoot it 4 times, all the way to actually replacing the whole internal electronics. It STILL didn't work properly so I got my money back. They blamed me for 'Lack of Maintenance' Yah right… I'm beyond OCD when it comes to taking care of my 'Toys'. My DLX24 is way better built, has many more and advanced features, and a far superior product all the way around compared to brand 'T'. Hands Down !! Thank you Camp Chef for making a great Smoker. I can't wait to enjoy years of tasty flavor filled food. Great job Camp Chef !!!

Used it three times, everything turned out great. Cooked ribs, chicken and shoulder with really great results.
I only have 2 weeks under my belt with the DLX 24 Pellet Grill, but so far, I'm not impressed. The app does not work on my iPhone, the hit-or-miss start-up process adds half an hour to meal prep, achieving steady temperature seems to be as unlikely as winning the lottery, and "flame out" has become a foul word in this household. This is my first experience with a pellet grill, but my ratty old propane grill sounds like a good idea again. I am using the competition blend bbq pellets, which give a nice flavor to beef, pork, and chicken. However, each time I have cooked on the grill, I end up having to finish cooking on the stove because the flame goes out before meat reaches safe temperature. Not what I want to do! Step-by-step directions would be nice, but the directions in the manual certainly don't follow what I experience with the grill. Either that, or an in-person tutorial. Honestly, grilling should be fun. Adding smoke to the grill should make people downright giddy. Just plan on that euphoria being hard-fought-for.
Works great, love it but the handle was extremely hard to put on during assembly
I spent several months researching pellet smokers, I finally narrowed it down to Camp Chef & Traeger. I purchased the Camp Chef and glad I did. It all the features I wanted especially the slide & grill. I've used it as a traditional smoker(pork shoulder, ribs chicken etc) & as a grill (burgers, veggies, fish etc). I have an electric smoker, gas grill, charcoal kettle grill and I still use them but my CC Pellet is my go to grill. I purchased it back in March 2021 and haven't regretted my purchase.
I went with the CC DLX24 after reading several independent reviews and seeing it was always in the top 2 for pellet smokers. The price was at or below competitors who had worse reviews. Assembly was easy and in less then 30 minutes had it ready to go. Used it for the first time today. Did a full rack of ribs. Set the temp and the smoke level and 6 hrs later had some fine moist fall off the bone ribs. You gotta do something about the temp control. I set it for 225. My wife asked me to do some yard work. I told "can't gotta watch the temp" she came over three different times to check it. She asked "why are you watching the temp it has hardly changed" Busted and wont be able to use that excuse again. The temp never changed more then 3-4 +/- degrees the whole time except when the lid was open then within minutes of closing the lid it was spot on again. Opted out of getting a wi-fi unit cause internet service isn't the best and just wanted to keep it simple and easy and the DLX24 is that. Plus with the ash clean out system you don't a shop vac to empty the ashes. For now, and hopefully years to come, this is one good smoker.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
