Why would you make a cover that only covers the top 1/3 of the grill.

The cover ripped last year after 2 years and is not usable at this point. I was going to order a new one for the this summer (grill is covered completely for winter) when I read all the reviews. It seems like it is a common issue that these covers rip so I might have to go with a different kind. Disappointing that the Weber cover gets ruined so fast!

Very happy with my Weber but I would like it to last the NE climate. I keep it covered but the velcro straps do not work. Very disappointing to have to search for my cover after the slightest breeze. i now see some slight rust marks on the stainless as well.

As quite a few have said here, they get hard, shrink and crack after one season. I really need a new one, but I am so tired of having to purchase these every other year. I live in the Washington, DC area and we do BBQ 365 days a year when we can. After the first cold hits, the cover is extremely hard and difficult to get on and off of my grill. I really wish they would do something about this. For 60 bucks it's not a great value.

I live in the northeast (just outside of DC) where the weather is hardly what you'd call harsh, yet I have had two grill covers for my Summit built-in in about three years and am now faced with having to buy a third one. The first one dried, cracked, shrank and eventually just didn't fit over the grill. Ditto with the second one. There has to be a better way to make these more durable.

Mine is partially covered but they weather too quickly and almost impossible to keep clean due to the rough finish even using a pressure washer.

cracked, ripped, tore... is worthless... we live up north, have bought 3 now, this will be our 4th cover... we love our grill, and want to keep it protected.. Weber needs to make a better product for the Summit Center... with what we paid for that, you think they would have a decent cover for it!

I have a Trager also and love the cover for it. It's a much nicer fabric. The one from Weber tears easily and looks awful. But, I need a cover so had to order it.

I absolutely love the grill but the cover did not last long. It's ripped and torn and it does not even fit anymore. For the price of the grill I need a better cover to protect it and this one did not do the job.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
