Like a lot of Weber fans I have more than one Weber grill, which also means I have more than one grill cover. About a year ago I purchased a new cover for my Spirit. I immediately noticed that the material for that cover was more pliable and durable than the material for the cover I had for my Performer, which is this cover. And after another season of sun and rain my Performer cover has become brittle, has holes, and is very stiff and difficult to get on the grill. This a stark contrast from the Spirit's cover, which after a year or so is still soft, pliable, and easy to use, which is saying something because that grill sees more sunlight and rain time. I don't know if they're made in different places, but it's obvious they're made with different materials. Definitely not the quality you'd expect from Weber.

This cover is not as sturdy looking as the covers in the past. The material seems much thinner than the past. Perhaps the fabric is sturdier?

I bought my Weber Performer in 2000. The cover has been replaced three times...and the Performer still looks great!

The fabric is great. The holding down fastener, one fastener to be fastened on one leg is as worthless, the wind blows the cover off my grill constantly. I had to purchase 2 bungee cords to wrap around and hold the cover at the bottom. And your purchase price is not cheap. Put another fastener at a diagonal corner and you have a winner. I can't believe that your company is that cheap to install another piece of Velcro.

I purchased this cover to replace mine that had worn over the years. At first, I was a little disappointed by how much thinner it was from the original cover, but it fit, was functional and it got the job done. That is...until it got windy outside. The original cover had Velcro straps on both ends to keep the cover on when windy out. This new cover only has one strap that wraps around one leg. Every time a gust of wind comes by, the cover flies off. I'm not talking heavy storms here, just a simple windy day. If there were straps for all 4 legs, it would be perfect and I would easily rate it 5 stars. As it stands now, I'll have to add another strap to keep it on. That's disappointing considering the cover wasn't cheap.

I bought this grill cover last summer because the one I bought from somewhere else was way too large. This one is perfect. Could not ask for better protection for my grill.

We bought this cover last year and it has worked well to keep the grill clean and dry (dry is important here in the Pacific Northwest). However, there is only one Velcro fastener on the cover that allows the cover to be attached to the grill. When we get a good gust of wind the cover can blow off. Fortunately the one fastener keeps the cover from blowing over to the neighbor's house! Otherwise, it works well.

Cover blew off the grill due to wind. Previous cover that word out after 10 Years had a cinch strip. Like Apple this appears to be planned obsolescence.

I had a cover for about 5 years and it was a tight fit and always a hassle to get on, the new one has some extra room and is not a problem to use it I am very pleased with the new cover

This cover replaced an earlier version that became brittle and weathered. This one is made of flexible nylon (I think) which has survived Southern summers (and winters) for a couple of years with no ill effects. It's bigger too - no stretching required.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
