Customer Reviews
Great grill/smoker. Work great except for the thermometer in the lid. It has not read right since I brought it home the needle sticks til you tap it.
I am really glad that I bought this grill. It works great the majority or the time. But some of the time after it lights and I put it on Smoke or 200' the fire seems to go out and overflow the pot with pellets. Then it flares up and is uncontrollable. Not sure how to stop this and is a pain to take apart and clean it all out while trying to smoke meat.
I was very excited to purchase this grill but from months of use I regret purchasing this grill for the following reasons. 1. The shield over the open flame rust very quickly and the slide feature does not work easily. 2. You have to take the grill grating off to adjust the slide for more or less open flame. Not convenient when you have food on the grill. 3. You have to take everything out grill grating, shield plate to clean the ash out. Should have had a slide out tray in the bottom to clean out the ash.
Purchased this grill two months ago, have cooked everything bot steaks on it, we are having the time of our life, Love the smoking feature, Have it set on no.2. We really enjoy salmon it comes out as good or better than the salmon restraints in Seattle. The beef jerky was so easy, when you set the tempature for cooking it stays perfect, I use the remote temp with timer, what a wonderful combination. Just can't say enough good things about it. Love my new toy. Lon Morrow
I have use gas for years. Did like the mess with charcoal. My son inlaw got a tregger, they are priced out of cost range. This one was on sale for about the price of a gas one. Bought it and havent used the gas grill since.
Smoke burns out I have had 2grills 1 burnt up 2nd time using. The second one has 2new starter rods and 1 new controller
First time using it worked well. Second time the fire box clogged and stopped the grill. But a quick cool down and retire and back in business hopefully it won't happen again. First brisket was Aweome.
Bought it 6 months ago have keep it hot thru Thanksgiving and Christmas. Enjoyed the meats prepared each time.
I really like it except for cooking steaks it doesn't sear them
After cooking with several types of grills I found that this grill is by far the easiest grill to operate. Just set the thermostat and forget about it. Spent several hundreds on other grills in the past. Should've saved my money and bought this grill from the start.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
