I have recently purchased my third Blaze grill. The one I purchased 6 years ago is going strong and have not had the need to replace any parts. My other two, both purchased in the past year, have needed parts replaced. On the two new grills, the black grips on the knobs broke off after having the grill, one for 4 months and and the second grill for 6 weeks. It's a simple replacement part, but now they are on back order. It's frustrating that you spend this much money on a grill and have this problem, as minimal as this may seem.

I have the 40" built-in connected NG. So much better than worrying about propane running out and runs better when it's cold out. Gets hot very quickly, and cooks quickly too if you are in a hurry. Definitely get the sear burner. Best thing ever for steaks. One issue I had (still having) is the rubber grips on the knobs are disintegrating - after less than one year. It has been covered and is under cover. Looks to me like ozone damage, as the rubber is literally crumbling. So, wring rubber for these grips. Bad lot? Probably... Anyway, I've been waiting for about two weeks for replacements, which I was just told have not been shipped yet. Guys... C'mon.

I've waited a few months to give this grill an honest review, so here it is. Everything with bbqguys went great, quick shipping, nice folks on the other end of the phone. However, the grill has been quite a let down. I replaced one burner with the sear burner kit, that is pretty great and on a 40" grill should be standard. However the rest of the burners produce insanely uneven heat. Towards the back of the grill everything burns, towards the front stays raw. It is not the grilling experience I was expecting from this grill. I installed the grill in a NewAge Stainless cabinet setup. That's all fine and dandy and not to be meant for this review, but the open back of this grill setup causes the drip pan to fill with water from rain. Also, this grill collects a lot of condensation inside it. Fortunately its all stainless, but its still something I shouldn't have to deal with.

Installed the grill end of summer, so only used it 3-4 times. Kept it covered all the time. Went to use it now in November and all the rubber knobs are cracked. Grill works fine, but it's annoying that now I need to replace the knobs which are out of stock.

Ordered freestanding 40 inch 5 burner propane grill and received in 10 days as promised. Delivered in two shipments. Driver brought it up to my garage. No damage at all to product. Grill and components were packaged securely. Grill components look well made. Solid construction. Assembly was a breeze. Little to cold to fire it up at this time, however, will report back on the quality of functionality. So far very impressed.

I had an old Jenn-Air built in grill that was on its last leg so I started shopping for a replacement. I found the BBQGUYS website and began searching. I was undecided until I saw the sale price of the Blaze 40-inch 5-burner Natural Gas with infrared burner and grill lights. I was ready to order on-line when my wife noticed the headline that said "call for best pricing". I told her it was already a sale price and shouldn't bother. Bottom line, she called. The sales Rep was outstanding, so nice and knowledgeable.Got the grill, rotisserie kit,infrared searing burner,cover, and extended warranty for less than the original price of the grill alone! Wow! I placed the order figuring with the supply chain issues I would be lucky to get it by spring. I ordered on Nov 2 2021, received everything by Nov 10 2021! Double Wow! I installed the grill and have used it several times now, it's a great grill! Great customer service, great product! Highly recommended.

I have had this grill for 2 years and I have had nothing but problems from the very beginning. The flame tamers do not temper the flames. I have to spend all my time with the lid or everything will burn! This grill is too expensive to have these novice problems!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
