I love the grill, but after 6 months, I already have a few quality issues, and am having a hard time contacting the manufacturer for support. Their website contact options do not work at all, and the phone number drops me in a endless hold. Hoping i will be able to reach someone, but the time wasted on this has already triggered some regrets in going with this grill.

Have had the grill for over a year and no matter what I do this grill smokes ridiculously. I have striped everything to clean it and same result. Also doesn't like low temps either. Open for suggestions but kind of disappointed.

I was contemplating between the Saber and a briquette style grill since 2 of my friends swore by their briquette grills. Frankly I was leaning heavily toward the briquette grill. Just before my final decision my friend invited my wife and I over for dinner - steak on the grill. I was keen to observe since I had never paid that much attention to his new grill. I watched him struggle with flame-ups constantly as the fat dripped onto the briquettes and caught fire from the flame. As we "enjoyed" our blackened steaks, I determined that I was for sure going to go with the Sabre infrared. I've never wished otherwise. NO flame-ups. Grill marks but no blackened meat. Juiciest meats I've ever eaten come off this grill. Vegies like onions, asparagus, peppers etc, cook up great on low heat setting while the meat cooks on higher temp. Pizza comes out great with or without a stone. Loving this grill after a full year of use.

i Built a new home in 2014 -covered screened in patio. Saber elite installed-4 yrs later completely rusted out under burners. 3 of the 4 burners do not ignite with igniter. Also temperature gauges are horrible -read one temperature -no matter adjustment on flame

Very well made. Heavy gauge steel. Have used it for 3 months now, almost nightly. Very happy with the results. NO FLARES....well, it did finally flare when I was cooking duck breast, towards the end of the cooking time. Only issue is with trying to get it to cook on very low temp, doesn't seem to be too good at that, could be me though. Still adjusting to being able to cook so much food with going up in flames....

we finally got the new grill installed and working last month , nice birthday present to myself ! love the 4 burners , especially when family or friends come over. or even just for myself and my two kids. you can put the whole dinner on the grill and love that it does not flair up especially when cooking burgers ! but still gets that charred flavor. next i am trying the rotisserie !

This is our first Saber grill purchase and it's everything and more. Our food is exceptional and juicy. The clean up is awesome too, it burns off and makes it easy to clean. We read reviews and watched videos before we decided to purchase it. So far it 's the best grill we have owned.

I've had this grill for less than 6 months , we are in the peak of grilling season and I'm extremely happy with the Saber SS 670 . I was a little skeptical when I read some reviews about the flame blowing out in heavy wind , it hasn't been a issue when the winds come sweeping down the plains here in Oklahoma .

Hello! Kristin we always advise that island's with gas appliances have vents installed in order to avoid gas build up. While the vent doesn't have to be directly under the grill your island will need to be vented. We recommend asking your gas professional when they go to install if you have the proper venting needed.
Asked by Kristin | Answered by DaniThis is a GREAT grill. I think you will love it. I have had NO flare ups on any grilling. Meat is very juicy with grill marks but not charred. As for the vent. Often the opening in the built in cabinet is deeper than the grill so if it is you will get plenty of air flow though that space. If not, I'd install a vent for combustion air. I have the gap plus I installed vented stainless steel doors below the grill so no separate vent needed. Cheers, Dave

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
