I bought the broil king signet 90 from Rona in July of this year, finally got to install it last month. Since then, I've used it only a couple of times since I've assembled it, remainder of the time I've kept it under a cover. After my recent cook only a month later, I noticed that already rust have started to form on the so called stainless steel burner and the heat spreader. I don't live close to any coasts so it can't be because of the environment. For the price I paid for this BBQ. I definitely expected these components to last at least a couple of years before even seeing signs of rust. I will probably have to file a warranty claim to have them replaced before the warranty expires. I have done so with other parts that have caused me issues and Onward Manufacturing Company has came through with sending replacement parts without a hassle. For that they they deserve recognition.

I've had my new Broil King Signet 390 for a couple months now. I looked at options from Napoleon and Weber but kept coming back to the Broil King for price, features and the cast aluminum box. I like the cast iron grates and have been conscious about keeping them clean and oiled. It heats up quick for searing steaks and can keep a consistent temperature. I'm looking forward to having this BBQ for years.

When you open the lid with cooked items on the warming rack i.e patties ect, the rack hangs over the back of the BBQ and the items drip all over the lid and drip out the back of the BBQ onto the deck making grease stains etc on the deck, patio ect. Also, the side burner lid should have a warning on it when it is closed to state open before lighting and the burner knob be a different colour then the others. Burner was turned on by mistake and heated up and burned items sitting on the lid. Can you buy a replacement Lid for this?

We bought this grill about one month ago, and have used it several times since then. The build quality is great. It works very well. All the controls feel high quality. We upgraded to the Stainless Steel grills, and they work very well. We will be trying out the rotisserie soon. Great buy and a quality product. The included cooking guide is also very useful.

I own this barbecue soon, but I am very pleased with the opportunities it offers for cooking. The new model of Signet 390 is without frontal shelves, which I think is bad. Less space for helpful things.

Have used this grill for a couple of months now, using it nearly every day. Overall very happy with it. - Great heat output - Solid build & nice lid feel - Heavy SS grids on both side burner and main - Pretty good assembly instructions with accompanying video online (took me a couple of hours). Do keep the video handy to review as you do each step in the assembly manual to help clarify some of the steps. - Rotisserie, dedicated rotisserie burner, IR side-burner, stainless lid and cabinet Some room for improvement: - Cabinet support brace placement makes the interior space hard to utilize for storage. - IR side burner design allows rain to flow into grease pan, which makes a mess. Buying a cover is mandatory to avoid this. - Main grease pan on the small side. Our little Weber Q single-burner has a bigger one! Would be nice to have a little pull handle on the slider to pull it out too. - Marketing states that the rotisserie burner can be removed simply be releasing the spring clip. Unfortunately there is also a screw that needs to be removed to release it, making it less convenient than it could be. It's certainly adequate for removal if you rarely or never use rotisserie, but not if you expect to take it on and off all the time. - IR side-burner assembly details not exactly matching documentation. Not a big deal really. - Side-burner propane connection could be better hidden, e.g. at the rear, or connecting horizontally, if possible (or see Regal for how they disguise it there) Overall, compared to the competition, and considering the value, I only dock one star for these.

PLEASE READ: For the people that complain or give bad reviews because the grill rusts. Please, go read up on how to season cast iron. If your grill rusts, it's because it's not seasoned properly. Now with that aside here is my review. OK I see that the Signet is now a 390, just a few changes but basically the same grill. I have not had 1 issue with my grill and have had it for at least 4-5 years maybe longer. I have the rotisserie as well and my goodness it's great! The flavour that this grill gives is amazing. The baffles smoke naturally and that makes a big difference compared to cheap regular grills. I have nothing bad to say about this grill, I have been happy and after many years and Canadian winters, it's still holding up great. I highly recommend this grill but DON'T FORGET TO SEASON THAT CAST IRON! :)

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
