Im a past owner of a hot dog cart the bbq of my choice was BROIL KING Heavy duty cast iron grids .Unit maintained heat for 12 hour days .Solid made and dependable. I own a signet Lp with side and rear burners .I cant say anything bad i love it all I grill roasts chickens ribs as well as the usual burgers and dogs .Would never buy nothing but broil king Im 500% satisfied

My son-in-law bought a brand new Signet 390 upon my recommendation. I have a Signet 20 which I bought in 2009. I can only say that it has stood the test of time for 12 years now and never been covered year round on my open patio. I take it apart annually, inspect and wire brush the scaling off the burners and the sheet metal parts, wash the rest of it except the inside of the box with soap and water. Burners and collector box replaced in 2015, 3 flav-r waves, 2 dividers and the baffle in 2019 and for this season the radiation shield and the collector box need replacing. All in all it has been very cost effective parts wise and at this rate it will certainly last another 12 years. I use the grill at least twice weekly all year round. No rust on my cast iron grids. Upon seeing other reviews showing pictures of rusty grids and so forth, I can only verify that it is due to neglect in the worst way. My grill is a device that I take pride in and do not treat it like a rusty old grill in a park picnic area. Keep up the good work, I would certainly buy another.

I have had 2 Signet series grills with rotisserie. I choose this grill because of the large upper level grate. Overall the grill is great. Both had served me well. There are some Modifications I had to do over the years. 1. The doors don't stay closed so I added a hook and eye latch to keep them closed. 2. I screwed the drop down side shelves so they wont drop down. Engineers need to modify to allow for fixed or drop down. When trying to move the grill the Drop down sides lift up. 3. I've had to modify the door hinges as the plastic hinge pins break off after several years. The pins should be metal. 4. The Inside hood paint peels off after awhile. I have to periodically scape it off so it does not land on the food. 5. The wheels should be all large wheels, no casters, so you can negotiate lawn terrain.

Purchased Aug. 8, finally picked up mid-Oct. Caster broke upon insertion. replacement caster broke pin housing on resin base. New base & casters. Control panel scratched, new part sent. New part not same as old part, sent another control panel. Wrong. Small scratch on hood. Will send touch-up paint. Back -ordered. Doors need cleaning can you recommend a cleaner? No, but we will send new doors. OK, what about the paint? Not sure...will send you a new hood. This (and more) actually happened. The people at Onward were more than helpful each time I called. I have owned a Signet BBQ since God knows when, and have always found their expense to be a tremendous value. Many people of my acquaintance have spent large amounts of money every few years to replace a grill with a rusted out bottom. The cast cook box lasts forever, and the heat retention and performance are legendary. This new unit is living up to the reputation built by its' forebears. I would highly recommend this grill. It is very difficult to argue with Quality and Value

Purchased in May and removed all the wrapping. Did the clean iup and ioled the grill. Turned it on for 2 hours a instructed for the 1st grilling. It had a bad chemical smell and smoked up. It has been 7 more dinners and it no longer has that thich smke but the chemical smell just won't leave. I do not want to feed my children with this awful smell should it possible be poisonous.

Have had a month and I've bbq'd salmon, burgers, steaks (pork and beef). I've had to learn all over! Great heat and keeps the heat in. I bake fish ( indirect heat) love it! Only thing is the the direct rear burner ( for rotisserie) is very close to the grill, when cleaning you hit the tube ! ( I think in time it will break!) only reason for a 4 star!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
