I took my time assembling it to ensure I didn't miss anything - instructions and video were definitely helpful and easy to follow! I've used it almost every day for 3 weeks and so far so good! All the food prepared has turned out delicious, side burner works great and now I still have to try out the rotisserie option. In all, this was the best summer purchase ever as my previous Broil King BBQ was 20 years old and it was time to retire it! If this one lasts another 20 years, I'll be very happy!!

We bought the BBQ some 4 months ago and have to admit that it is easy to cook great jucy meat with very little burning However the design of the lord is flawed as the warming shelf in attached so when you close it it is directly over the heat again. But worse when you open it it take the food over the back meaning that grease and fat drip into the floor behind. This in my opinion is a design flaw.

Thanks for your review. We're thrilled that you're enjoying juicier meats with your Broil King® Signet™ 390! The warming rack is designed this way to provide the ability to load it with corn, baking dishes, brochette, etc. Since these require lots of space, and they typically don't drip, the warming rack is ideal for these kinds of items. To prevent the dripping from happening, we recommend keeping fatty meats towards the front of your grill (instead of closer to the back), so the fat drippings will fall into the main cookbox when the lid is open. Another option is to place a sheet of aluminum foil on top of the warming rack to catch the juices before they fall anywhere.

Manufacturing issues is still an issue. Bought a bbq three months ago, lid wouldn't close properly. Was sent a new lid , no difference. Was sent a burner base, no different. I returned it after 3 months. I bought a Signet, put it all together and the side burner wouldn't work. Fixed now and working very well. Thanks.

The top grid warming rack swings back when opening the lid allowing the food on the rack to drop grease and oil onto the top and onto the floor behind the bbq. Very poor design. This flaw was not noticed until assembly was completed and the bbq was used. If I had noticed the flaw prior, I would not have purchased this bbq.

Thanks for your review. On our models with a swinging warming rack, the rack hangs over the lid when it's open. Grease will drip onto the lid, and when the lid closes, it drips off of the lid and onto the ground. The reason we offer this is that we still want to give our customers the ability to load the warming rack with corn, baking dishes, brochette, etc. Since these require lots of space, and they typically don't drip, the warming rack is ideal for these kinds of items. My wife Bernadette gave me this great Barbeque for Fathers Day. We just love it with all of it's great features and it is so very easy to operate and also a very nice looking Barbeque. She got it it at Home Hard Ware here in Sutton, Ontario, the staff were very friendly and also helpful. They even help lift it up apon our back deck.

Bought it a month ago. Works great. Runs on the hot side. The only complaint I have is my 390 does not have front condiment shelves like the there web pages show. Maybe only in the U.S.. Really miss that part of the grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
