I bought signet 90 three years ago ,a high quality product and specially for me the pleasant suprise the Rotisserie Burner help me to cook delicious recipes
I'm enjoying this product for about a month now. All is good other than the rear burner igniter not working from the beginning.
I bought my Signet 90 grill 5 years ago and have enjoyed it year round, even in our cold Saskatchewan winter. I've used it as a smoker, a grill, an oven for roasting. I've used the rotisserie and sautéed using the side burner. It is one versatile and complete grill that even though has never been covered, with a little cleaning each spring looks like its brand new. And with minimal maintenance has performed above my original expectations. Can't get much better than that. Only comlaint is that the doors on the bottom propane tank area can get popped open by a strong prairie wind.
We bought the Signet 90 to replace a Broil King bbq that lasted close to 20 years. We use the bbq all year long (except when it is -30) and this new one has a great range of burner conrol. It is a lot hotter than our old bbq and I quite often use just one burner to do my cooking.
I really like the grill. It cooks everything that I've tried evenly and the cast iron 2-sided grates make fantastic grill marks. It is very versatile allowing me to cook delicate fish and veggies at a low temperature or get a great sear on steaks at a high temperature. My only reasons for giving it a 4 out of 5 would be that improvements could be made to the wheels and the inside of the storage area. I purchased the natural gas model and the bottom of the grill was still designed to hold a propane tank. It would have been preferable for there to be a flat bottom or even a shelf for storage. The hooks for tools on the inside of the door are too big and can't hold many utensils that don't have a string to hang from. The wheels could be higher quality as well as the grill can be difficult to roll when you need to move it. 4 rotating casters would have made more sense.
The grill is cast iron and rusts quickly, and the spark ground also rusts so you have to light the BBQ manually The box and body of the BBQ is fine and the upper grilling or warming grill is fine and the burners are fine.. I purchased replacement grills for 75 dollars after tax, and I am looking at fixing the sparking unit.

Received this as a housewarming gift about 2 years ago, it was fully assembled. Igniter failed within first month, this despite a near religious dedication to covering the BBQ after use and before rain (broil king cover). Next the one of cast iron grilles failed where the vertical bars join the grille frame. Had those replaced under warranty as well. A year later and the igniter failed again. I'm fed up so now I just use a lighter. This BBQ is ok, if you NEVER have to move it around. Trying to lift from one end (castors) and pull only results in the side "table" not only lifting out of its locked position but also coming apart where it joins with the plastic end cap. This side table piece just fits together, it is not screwed, bolted or riveted. The castors are useless, unless you are on a flat concrete pad or similar. Both castor wheels have also broken (wheels themselves and where the wheel post inserts into the base), simply from moving the BBQ around my back deck (wood decking). One of the doors fell off and the plastic post that acts as the hinge has broken off. There is no way to repair this easily. Will have to order a whole new door, if I even bother. On the positive side, the burners are very robust and do not show any wear for their age (corrosion, flaking etc.) and they produce a lot of heat. This is an awesome bbq for grilling steaks. The rotisserie also works very well and we use it often.
I am very happy with my new bbq. My old bbq was a second hand Broil King and we had it for almost 17 years. So that is why I am hooked on the product. I suspect this one will be the last bbq we buy. The new covers are very well designed and easier to handle. The vents on it are also a good idea. Even the covers are made to last because we had the original cover on our old one too. I have very even heat distribution (same as old one) and will use it all winter long. Haven't used the rotisserie yet but expect similar results as old one and of course it cooks the best steak ever, it's a Broil King!!
Loved the grill at first and then it started to fall apart. Bought it for the all aluminum firebox and heat retention. It last about a year and then I started having to replace almost the whole grill part by part. Just ordered new parts today and had to pay shipping...bummer...If I broke I would pay shipping..if the parts are inferior then the factory should pay shipping.. Just want to be fair..This grill was a special order grill thru local box store.
I've had my Signet 90 for over 5 years. I BBQ year round rain, snow or shine. This BBQ can hold the heat and cook evenly even when winter hits hard. I never thought I would use the side burner but it really comes in handy. I love the large size top rack and the cast iron grills. By far, I consider this model the all around, all in one. You can't go wrong with the Signet 90.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
