Customer Reviews
I am very pleased with my signet 90 BBQ. Heats up quick. Cast iron grill is perfect for our needs. Used the rotisary a few time and the meat comes out perfect. Maybe that was just me. The only con is the control nob for the side burner being in with the rest. The wife turned on all the nobs and hit the ignitor. A minute later she notice the side burner cover changing colour.
My husband and I bought this bbq about a month ago and are very satisfied with the product.
Why does the Natural Gas Model have the same bottom piece as a propane tank unit? I was looking for more storage but to my surprise inside the cabinet the bottom has a hole and is not flat. The Natural Gas models cost more so why not put a flat base on the unit. I sent an Email a week or so ago but have not heard back so I am not sure if I will hear back on this. You would think it might be less cost to make a flat base than one that has more to it to hold a tank. Thanks, Bryan
Always bought Broil King BBQ's because they have been reliable in the past. We bought the signet series 3 years ago and the cast iron grill have rusted and flaking so bad that I have to put another pan on top. Not fun chewing on a hamburger with extra iron
This new BBQ replaces my old Sovereign from 1998, and is so much better, with all of the latest innovations.
It a great BBQ but the Assembly Manual leave lots of room for improvement compared to IKEA's.
After using another gas grill for some years and finding out that this one was missing some basic features I bought the Signet some weeks ago. Since then the grill is used 6 days of the week. Big thanks here to my wife who encouraged me to make no compromises. I thought first to buy some of the smaller models. Best ist that I now have enough space to have different temperature zones. Last wekend we had a welcome party for my daugther and it was absolutely relaxed to grill for 10 people. That was a big challenge in the past. Finally the zone to keep the stuff warm ist super usefull feature my old equipment was missing. So big recommendation and cheers fron Darmstadt, Germany
First, I really like this unit. It performs well and I like the control it offers. I can get to high heat very quickly as the bowl and lid are well done. However, the cast iron grills rusted away to the point where I had to purchase replacements for them. I bought the replacements two years ago and its time to replace them again now. They rusted so badly that I get metal flakes in my food. A stainless steel grill would have been the higher-end choice for this unit and would have made it something that could last a decade instead of a few years. Plus the igniter rusted and stopped working two years ago and there is no hole on the side to light the burners. I have to toss a match at it from a few feet away. Small details that could have made a good barbeque into a great one.
I have had this grill for 6 years. It has spent it's entire life outdoors through Ontario Winters. the exterior of this grill still looks new! After 6 years the only thing that i need to work on is the cooking surface. I didn't keep the them seasoned well enough and now they are flaking. I think that i will replace them with new ones this year and take better care of them so that they will last a lot longer. I think that I will be able to get a good 15-20 years out of this grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
