have had our Signet 90 for 2 months now and are very, very happy with this bbq. the challenge has been to 'manage' the heat.. it's very efficient compared to our last Q ... steaks (with grill marks) are amazing... pizza w/stone are getting better and better... an excellent bbq.

I've had my grill going on 7yrs....replaced the burners free of charge warrant. Looking to replace my cast iron grill...which I've worn out because I usually BBQ all year round and 3-5 times a week in peak season. We recently moved and I though about upgrading to the Imperial series or another mfg...but after my grill sat around for months , I connected it to my newly installed gas line turn on the gas, hit the electronic starter and it did not disappoint...it worked flawless since the time i bought it and why I cant part with it just yet.

Great BBQ with lots of power. I like the marks it leaves on the steaks. Three minor issues are there after two years that could be improved: 1. It makes a lot of flames when sauce/fat is dripping down from the grid. So the covers of the burners have to be improved for sure. 2. Plus, sauce and fat can drip into the lit when opening the BBQ. This stuff later on drips on the floor when closing the lit. 3. Last but not least, the inside of the side burner is not made from stainless steel but from coated steel. However, the stainless steel lit constantly rupps on it when moving the BBQ so that this piece holing the side burner already starts to rust. Three issues that make all the difference between 5 and 4 stars (some would even just give 3).

I went I'm to buy a Weber grill but quickly realized that Broil King was a much better value and more durable. Absolutely flawless grilling! Was very impressed with their burners.

Bought about 6 weeks ago, lots of heat and good control. Feel like I'm learn to cook all over again after years of using cheap BBQ's. Well worth the money.

Love it. It reaches maximum heat quickly and cooking steaks and all meat products is wonderful. The lack of flare up is great. Love the appearance and the overall heating elements. Would recommend this to anyone who is interested in a new BARBEQUE

Love this BBQ , holds the heat like their is no tomorrow even with the lid up , grills evenly, and I like the fact that is is manufactured in North America .....

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
