Customer Reviews
I bought this grill on April 2016 and we used it only last summer mostly to prepare food for 2 people. We kept it always with the cover and on winter inside a garden shed. Now when I started preparing it for the 2017 season I found the following: Burners showing advanced corrosion. I though they were made of stainless steel. The "W" shape plates that go over the burners badly corroded. The burner separator vertical plates badly corroded. The bottom tray that goes under the box extremely corroded. The level of corrosion is such that it is imposible to remove it without risking metal perforation. I do not feel comfortable cooking in an area with rusted metal so I will be looking forward to replace all the affected parts. My grill is under ONE YEAR OLD and I never had these problems before with the previous grills.
I purchased this grill two years ago after having a Weber for over 10 years. At this point I'm not happy with this investment.. Both of the sides which fold down are of very poor design and are very weak. I'm ordering parts today to fix the burner side which has cracked plastic and won't stay up. I can't see this grill lasting as long as my last Weber..... Very Disappointed!

Hi. I've just brought this bbq and see that an official body has labelled the signet 90 as unacceptable due to a melting bottom pan. I've heard that Broil King has a work around to this but not sure how to get one?
I received this BBQ as a Christmas present. It's the first BBQ bought that is designed to be used the way I cook, eg. indirect heat, totally thought out
Bought this unit April 2006. First "fancy" BBQ ever owned. A great unit and very relable. April 2011 OMC replaced burnersand collector box, free of charge. June 2013 had to replace igniter. We BBQ once or twice a month in winter and four or five times a week in summer. Especially like rotissarie for leg of lamb and tenderloin. With a little tune up this spring should be set for mny more years.
Third Broil King Bbq and will be the last. Just over 2 years old. Right door falls off due to bottom pin breaking. Igniter and bracket that holds it rusted out. Yes the bbq is covered. Flavour bars rusted with holes thru them. On a good note, burners are in great condition.
This is my first review. The manual is quiete OK it took me one hour to put everything together. Some bolts where in a plastic back, some were assembled and you have to find where. Two nuts are left and I do not know where to place - wei will see. Roti is OK not perfect especially the side with the rod. The bolt to fix won't fix anything and is too long. Left door ist ist lower then the right door - I can fix it, it was not easy to find out why there a so many additional holes in the steel plate, very funny. The rear tray will be checked within the next BBQ session, I believe opening the grill and moving the tray backwards will leave oil and roast juice on the back of grill - I think I have to place something to collect the juice. Next Time - More information about heat burner and so on. I am very curious.
I got this grill for Christmas last year and it has performed flawlessly for nearly a full year. I use this grill to cook on on average 4 out of 7 days weekly. Anything that can be cooked on a grill has been cooked on this grill without one issue. It heats up fast and has never failed to do the job. This is without a doubt the bestgrill I have ever owned. Thank you Broil King for making such an outstanding product.
I would give it 5 stars but we constantly forget to turn on the cylinder S-L-O-W-L-Y and always activate the "excess flow safety device". It is a pain to have to uncouple the regulator and wait (when it gets to be -25 C and is snowing who wants to do this?) We've never had this problem with any other BBQ we've owned (including a previous BroilKing). The only other issue is mould on the cast iron grates (after a period of 3 weeks not being used). We've never encountered this before either. The BBQ is not covered. Other than these two issues it is a great BBQ . I guess we will have to clean the grates directly after use, instead of when we fire her up, and we will probably just leave the tank "on" after turning the burners off. All these safety features are well intended, but if it leads one to do something "unsafe" maybe it was better to leave things as they were.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
