I bought it 5 years ago and has serviced me well. However ,I religiously tear apart and clean , but it doesn't seem to make a difference . I found this year when I was cleaning that the the ignition rail was corroded and falling apart . This unit is kept under a covered deck with a bbq cover, so no element exposure. However it appears this piece is not replaceable .

We are having some fantastic meals with our broiling. The cast iron grills truly do hold the heat.our food always cooks evenly. I set our gas to high heat, get the grills nice and hot. Put on our eats, turn down the gas to minimum. Let it cook. Amazing .using the Rotisserie is easy. First time with a hole chicken. I was a super chief. No complaints so far. Only 3 months old. Looking forward to summer. Plus it's made in North America

Had a BK Regal NG for 10 plus years. Replaced it with a Signet 90. Great even heat in a hurry. Can't wait to use it more this summer / fall. MADE in CANADA!!!!

I bought this assembly was very simple, due to forecasted high winds left it inside for a month. Took outside and it works great the only issues were gas hose was 5ft shorter than older broil king and the stainless side tables are developing rust spots. TA Appliance was very helpful in finding ext gas hose

I got this bbq 1 month ago. Heat is very difficult to stabillze. low setting at times is 400+ and next day is 200. Also bbq blows out very frequently. Has to watched at all times as flame goes out regularly. Thumbs down on thisBBQ.

I owned this BBQ for 15 yrs, although the rear rotisserie burned never worked, it was time to overall for new burners and other parts. It still looks very good. The only reason why I changed for a new one is the pricing of the replacement parts and opted to buy a new BBQ instead.

I bought this grill on April 2016 and we used it only last summer mostly to prepare food for 2 people. We kept it always with the cover and on winter inside a garden shed. Now when I started preparing it for the 2017 season I found the following: Burners showing advanced corrosion. I though they were made of stainless steel. The "W" shape plates that go over the burners badly corroded. The burner separator vertical plates badly corroded. The bottom tray that goes under the box extremely corroded. The level of corrosion is such that it is imposible to remove it without risking metal perforation. I do not feel comfortable cooking in an area with rusted metal so I will be looking forward to replace all the affected parts. My grill is under ONE YEAR OLD and I never had these problems before with the previous grills.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
