Good grill, cast iron grates seem to get hotter than my other grill with stainless grates. They are cast iron so you need to treat well. I wish they had an option to add or replace one burner with a Searing Burner

We carefully studied the construction, design, features, quality and warranties of many brands. We read many reviews online from a lot of sources. We watched a lot of videos and product comparisons. A bit crazy sounding yes but our last two "All Stainless Steel" BBQ's did not last as long as my earlier Broil King. I checked other brands for how much of the stainless is real nonferrous stainless that won't rust. Junk... most is magnetic and yes will rust as fast as painted steal. All the fasteners will rust too. NOT worth the premium! We are very pleased with choosing another Broil King. Best value for our money. Full cast aluminum fire box, heats up very fast and even. Gets a great charr on my steaks. Rotisserie works well and is simple with no ceramics to break and replace. No I don't work for Broil King.... I just value some of the honest reviews that stopped me from wasting my money.

I have tried other BBQs over the years but I always go back to Broil King. They consistently provide even heat throughout the cooking surface and their dual sided cast irons grates makes grilling perfect steaks or the most delicate fish a breeze.

Great cooking. My only issue with it is the location of the back burner. It overlaps the grill a little bit making hard to clean the back of the grill without taking it off

Overall I am happy with this model. Assembly was relatively easy, directions clear and concise. The grilling space is large enough for smaller servings, 4-5 people max. The grill emits very high heat, higher than is necessary, I find I have to turn the heat to very low most of the time. I particularly pleased with he rotisserie burner,it works very well. I would prefer to have a model option with no side burner as I never use it, however to get a model with the rotisserie burner and appliance, I had to take the side burner.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
