I got my grill as a Father's Day present from my wife and kids. I noticed that I am using it almost everyday and enjoying it. I have cooked several different items from ribs, chicken, fish and love it! The taste of everything is amazing! I am hooked and have purchased several additional accessories in order to grill different items.

Very good heat from all burners. I like the double lid, I have a cast iron griddle in smaller side for flat cooking. I like the built in lights, except one of them did not work from the onset, currently waiting for parts. The power bar at the back is a good idea, however it is made of plastic and mine arrived broken, should be metal, currently waiting for parts over 4 weeks now. Cast stainless grills are great. Lots of storage space for utensils, pans, pots, etc. I was a Weber fan for years, until now.

Great Grill, works awesome, only wish I could use my lights, and rotessiorree the transformer is broken and have been waiting a month for it to ship, and still no word. Would be a 5 star rating if it were not for the broken transformer!

After assembling it. (which was easy) we cranked it up. I immediately noticed it wasn't getting hot very quickly. We have the temp gauge and it took a while to get it up to 500 degrees. I couldn't get it to go any higher. Grilling has hot spots which I haven't figured out yet but I was hoping it didn't have hot spots. Also, I got alotta smoke in the face I guess because of the way the lid is shaped. Never had this problem with my old Kenmore unit. I would not buy this grill again, I might even send it back.

Just purchased the Imperial XL which has some great features which I guess is why it was chosen. Oven lights and illuminated controls are great. However the design of the grease tray for the bigger grill involves disconnecting the gas regulator when you need to clean. Then getting the 13kg gas bottle out to actually disconnect is a very difficult almost Herculean task. Not really a good design for the British market. Added to this ever time you attempt to remove the gas tank it catches on the ignition wires which fire up the burners. Ideally the gas line should have some form of quick release or you could use the 5 kg gas bottle but these only last a few weeks so an expensive option. Also after just using the grill aa couple of times the state of the vapour bars and trays is very shabby and discoloured. Very difficult to clean and looking rusty already.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
