I bought this about one year ago. It worked great until the battery (coin type) died. I tried 2 new batteries in it with no luck - it would not switch "on".

Bought this a year ago and it stopped working after two weeks. Figured I would replace the battery but couldn't get the back cover off? Forgot about it and just came across the thermometer today. Tried opening the cover again, but no luck? I have tried pliers, screw divers, knife etc and I can't get this cover off. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunately my first thermometer failed. I was blunt with my previous review. Customer service picked up on my unhappiness and addressed it immediately with a new thermometer. This one is working well and as described. I recommend Weber products in general because of this customer care. Even if the first attempt doesn't go as planned, you're not left out in the cold. Kudos, Weber.

We used this a handful of times. Always used to specifications. Always hand washed and never submerged. Half the screen went out and it no longer works. Total waste of money.

I love Weber grills so I figured this thermometer with the Weber name would be good. Oops. Nope! The thermometer failed after about 2 or 3 uses. I am trying to figure out where I bought it so I can request a refund.

Bought this thermometer 2 months ago and only used it for 4 cooks on my pellet stove. Went to use it today and no display screen. After 4 uses should not have to invest in a battery.

I bought this thermometer About 2 month ago and after a few use it stock on HH.H and not working anymore it says it's too hot .. never been higher than 300 F i use it for smoking

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
