My Son purchased this for me as a gift about a year and half ago, so I feel bad when I get it out as I am cussing at it every time and he is around. Today - basically in the garbage. I do a slow cook 5-6 times a year, pretty much every time it needs a new battery, even if it is reporting the battery is 80%. Had to do multiple resets - today the reset does not work. Connects for about 2 seconds, and then disconnects. I really do not want to be fiddling with this and searching the internet for support - when I am trying to get a cook going.

I bought this to simplify the cooking process. It has not worked. Temp is inconsistent. Had a dinner party and wanted to impress with a nice piece of beef. The temp never moved after an hour. I re positioned and temp changed. I wasn't confident so I also put in a digital therm only to see a temp difference of 30+ degrees. Totally ruined the evening

I purchased the original iGrill for my parents some years ago. They replaced the old unit with this thing. I had the misfortune of trying to use this during Thanksgiving. According to this device my 17lb turkey was done in 1.5 hours. I tried moving the probe, checking white and dark meat. But the iGrill Mini was terrible to operate and the graph was all but useless with a 80 degree jump in seconds. I had to rush out to buy an instant read thermometer just to make sure I didn't over cook the turkey.

I purchased this December 2020 and have used it maybe 10 times and only in the oven. I've replaced the battery once. Thanksgiving day it decides to go haywire. I would get an accurate reading at first, 45 degrees in my raw turkey. Then 5 minutes the app starts beeping wildly saying my meat is over temperature at is at 538 degrees! My oven was set at 350 and is accurate. I rebooted my phone, restarted the thermometer and nothing worked. I finally gave up and relied on 30 years of turkey cooking experience and an old analog meat thermometer.

After a few pieces of meat I noticed that the probe read 124 degrees at ambient temp. I thought about buying a new probe but if the problem is within the brains of the unit it would be useless. I am a diehard Weber fan but I would not recommend the mini igrille

I bought this in July 2020 it worked great for about 6 months then started to loose connection with the probe. I changed the battery but this did not help. The last time I used it I got a notification that the meat was burning. Very disappointed I went to where I bought it in Calgary Alberta Canada they said it was discontinued.

Will not take accurate temperature. Off by almost 10 to 12 degrees. Bought this about a year ago wasn't impressed, and I put it back in the box. Decided I would try it again. It still SUCKS!!!

Loved it when it worked, after almost 2 summers it stopped communicating to my phone. Changed the battery, no help. Luckily my cheap 6 year old thermometer still worked. I did just buy another hopefully it last longer. If it does last a longer I would rate it much better.

We bought this last year and when it worked, it was on point, but it only worked a handful of times before it completely stopped. I have tried replacing the battery and numerous other things and can't get it to turn on anymore. I'm extremely disappointed we only got to use it a handful of times before it stopped working.

When it worked it was great! I could count on it to let me know exactly when my food was coming up to temperature! However, I brought it along for a family beach trip so I could monitor 2 spatchcock chickens while I converse with my family that I had not seen in 2 years; instead, I had to babysit and constantly monitor the chickens and check their temperatures. The device refused to even turn on! I love my Weber Kettle because of the simplicity of design; but this device caused nothing but frustration.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
