This never paired beyond the first time I tried to use it. When I went to use it again a week later, it wouldn't pair to my device. And as others have mentioned before me, this thing is way too difficult to use, considering how hard it is to tell when it's on or off. Overall, spend your money elsewhere. The design and implementation on this is really poor. And to top it off, there's NO INFORMATION available to support any technical questions.

I have owned the mini now for over a year. When I have it plugged in and connected to my iPhone it does the job. Works amazing. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the shut off. It's such a pain in the but to know if it's completely off. There have been many times I thought I had it turned off to find that the next time o go to use it the battery is dead. I have kept a stash of 2032 batteries on hand but it's getting expensive to replace. They need to re-design this to that there is either a physical switch or if for example you pull the probe from the unit that it will shut off after 1 minute. Did you catch that Weber????

This little sensor works even better than advertised. The temperature accuracy and convenience of this product make it another Weber winner. Highly recommended.

It comes with very little instructions and can be complicated and not responsive; temp display is accurate but has unnecessary features like ambiant temperature of the interior of the grill etc that make no sense and hard to shut off!

Bought as Christmas gift for son who's followed in my footsteps as a Weber grilling master. He opened and followed easy instructions to down load app and had a perfect ham with ambient temps about 20 degrees. Was perfect as he didn't need to go outside to check. The app could use additional menu options for meats, ham?

Basically we got it so late in the summer we haven't been able to use it much. But it was easy to set up and worked fine.

This is a must device to have for taking all the guesswork out of grilling for sure. Set this little jewel up and leave the cover on and get perfect doneness. Primerib perfect!!!!

I've been through 3 of these and it always ends with the same demise. I constantly have to change the battery and eventually the contact on the battery gives out. Love the concept but horrible execution. I finally fired mine and got a different brand and it works great.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
