I received this as a gift from my daughter - great in concept, but it would simply not turn on. I replaced the battery and reseated it several times, but no luck. Going in the trash. Very disappointed.

I bought this unit at a thrift store. I use it fir steaks, salmon, Thanks giving tukey, On the grill and in the oven. The interface is simple and the food turns out amazing! I believe some people have bad internet service, phone service or they are technology challenged.

While this device does provide an accurate temperature reading the Bluetooth connectivity is terrible. Unless you are 10 feet away it constantly disconnects and won't pair with your phone. Many other people have had the same issue. If I could I would return this for a refund.

whats with rotating lights, so small that a micro couldnt see the changes in a dark room? stupid design.

When it works. it's ok. Unfortunately it doesn't work most of the time. Tonight was the last straw. It was telling me my brisket was at 155 and then it just stopped working. Batteries are fine. Nothing else changed. It just stops working almost every time I use it at some point during the cooking process. So, tonight, I threw it away. You should too.

The only thing that works is bluetooth. Every time I attempt to use this product it immediately says the probe is overheating. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. It has never ever worked. Huge rip off. Don't waste your money

I have used this twice and it will not read even close to the correct temperature. I have changed the battery and done the reset.

I like the ease of checking the temp of my phone as I am cooking.

I used this for a while and it worked well for a while. Recently, I have issues where the app or unit won't register the temperature. The reading keeps saying - - rather than showing the temperature. I thought my probe was busted so I bought a new one. I reset the device multiple times and paired/unpaired it from Bluetooth. Nothing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
