Worked really well for 3 times but it progressively became harder to pair the device. The 4th time we tried to use it it failed entirely. Wouldn't recommend.

Im running through batteries like crazy. I realize now that I'm not powering off. Im not sure exactly what battery to use.

It works great when it's very close to phone. However, once I leave the yard and enter the kitchen it disconnects. The thermometer shows as if it is working but it isn't. I have to pair it and set cooking all over again. I burned a pork loin waiting for the alarm to go off. Today I'm smoking a pork shoulder and have to restart multiple times. Not happy right now.

Bought this about 8 months ago.... we use it in the oven,smoker and the grills!! works GREAT!!

Received it as a gift this past Christmas. Thought it was going to be great since I still like to grill and smoke in the rainy Seattle winter. Unfortunately the bluetooth range is not that far and still had to stand by the door to check temps and after maybe 5 uses it stopped working. Tried to get it fixed but since it was a gift 5 months ago, no receipt could be found So my experience stunk..

I use this device with the ambient temp probe to know the temp of the Weber kettle grill and i LOVE it! Used it last weekend to do the "Beer Brined Turkey". I could read 350° on my phone, from the comfort of my camp chair, with beer in hand. TOTALLY recommend!!

Item worked great for first 6 months then stopped working as temp would read 200 plus degrees at all times. Wouldn't recommend as waste of money.

I find myself finding the same problem with this. Terrible battery life/connection problems/lack of directions even on their website. Bluetooth strength seriously weakens with a lower battery power, which is inevitable because there are no directions to learn how to properly operate the unit. Also the app is nice because it gives you the temp to cook the meat too, but it does not give a temp to keep your grill at, therefore you are still missing key info. I would not recommend this product.

I love The I Grill mini but have issues turning it off. So far I have used my mini five times in May and had to replace the battery twice. Each time I used it, I thought it was off.This technology needs a turn-off switch! For now, I am just going to remove the battery each time I use it.

It worked well the first three times I used it. Now a month old and it does not work at all. Not worth the money.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
