I bought this a month ago as I was attempting to use my Weber Smoker Box. The thermometer worked as a good thermometer, but it was useless for acting as a grill thermometer. My grill thermometer showed 250+ and this thing never got above 114 degrees. I returned it and will look elsewhere. I have had horrible luck with all of my Weber products

This used to be a great products several years back. With each update, Weber has made the app progressively worse. I also have recurring Bluetooth issues with this device. In the end it's more headache than it's worth. PS -I own a Weber grill which I love, but they should have left iGrill alone to be the great product it once was.

It works great but it will drain a battery in no time. I've tried different things and have resorted to simply removing the battery after use

The blue tooth has never had a good signal and had to reconnect after I went into the house, a distance of only 20 feet. I have had this unit one year, and today is Easter. Smoking a prime rib roast for Easter dinner, only to find the unit has died. Replaced the 2032 battery with a new battery. Unable to turn on and discover with my phone. Removed and reloaded the app, still no good, needed to find a new replacement wireless thermometer, so a trip to find one on Easter. Weber makes great grills and smokers, but this unit is a failure.

I bought an iGrill Mini and used it 1 time, then put it back in the box until last week. I brought it out because I have visitors and we were going to BBQ a Beef Tenderloin but the device did not work. I order replacement coin batteries and still the device does not work.

I received the igrill mini as a Christmas gift. It worked fine the first couple times I used it, but now it will not turn on. I bought a new battery but it still no light. Very sad.

I was given the igrill mini as a Christmas gift, very excited to use it. First steak it worked perfect on. Second steak I cooked with it had a small flare up and now the probe wont even register a temp. Bummer, back to staring at meat till it looks ready i guess.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
