Used the iGrill mini for just over a month before it quit working. My probe is wiped clean and stored on original plastic holder after every use. It worked fine when put away, but when I went to use again, I kept getting message that probe was not connected. I powered off and back on, checked probe for any damage, but to no avail. I really like the features and accuracy, but am not willing to purchase a new probe every couple of months (assuming it is the probe causing the error).

I used the probe one time and it died. Not very user friendly, you better remember to turn it off (not as easy as it sounds) and the replacement batteries are pricey. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the Weber name

I Love this mini and it performs well,be sure and disconnect from WiFi and turn off mini by letting the white light come on the mini or your battery will drain.

It appears to work fine. It grips to the front of my grill very well, then it started to rain. I cannot find where/if the Igrill mini is water proof?

I purchased the iGrill mini some months ago. However, it has never gave an accurate reading. I complained when I first purchased it. They wanted me to give proofs of the inaccuracies. Today, 08/17/1920 I tried using it again. The highest temperature reading that the iGrill would go was 145. I used another thermometer and the reading was 162. My temperature goal was 160.

I bought this unit over a year ago to use in my Bradley Smoker. I can't say enough about it! It is awesome! I run the probe down my exhaust vent when I use it. I could close the door on it with no problem but electric to use it in this manner to keep from the wire messing with my seal on door! Love this unit! This unit especially stands out in cold weather cooking so you down loose heat in a smoker! Cold air falls so when you have to open doorbell to check meat you loose heat! Problem solved!! Love it! Still use it!! Can't day enough about it!! Get-r-done

Overall, the product is fantastic. It's easy to use — basically just plug-and-play. The application was incredibly easy to install and understand. However, the major drawback is that I came home with this and was excited to use it, until I read the instructions and saw the Bluetooth unit — which is encased in plastic — can not be affixed to the outside of the grill while you cook. That's a little frustrating for someone like me who uses a classic kettle grill. I really, really wish Weber would've made a Bluetooth unit that was encased in a durable, rugged material that can withstand high-heat and could actually be affixed to any Weber grill. Instead, I have to sit the thing on the ground while I grill so it doesn't melt.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
