My original container is the tall profile. I wanted the low so it would fit under my upper cabinets when sitting on the Vitamix. What I have noticed, if the container is about 2/3 full and if I do not hold the lid in place, the liquid will come out around the lid. I have not had this issue with the tall container.

You something this solid and well built is going to last. Love my Vitamix and this container! You can always buy cheaper but not better. Like my dad used to say buy the best and "buy once, cry once".

I have always been happy with my Vita-Mix. In fact, I tell everyone if I had a house fire, I would have my cat under one arm and my Vita-Mix under the other!! I don't know how I ever lived without it. That being said, I purchased the 64 oz. container and absolutely love it because I can make bigger portions when the grandkids come over for healthy "ice cream". This container makes it so easy to make soup, smoothies and even cookie dough. And another caveat....I make my own oat flour, and now that I have the 64 oz. container, I don't have to take a break and make another batch! It's all done at once in a few minutes. I'm loving this for life!!!

I cannot even live without this any more. Vitamix is probably the single most useful tool in my home. I would rather have it than hot water not even joking.

I purchased this container as a second one to prepare different foods or drinks. I don't have to empty one and clean it before I prepare the second food or drink. Just more convenient for me. I've had Vitamix products since 1994, wouldn't have any other brand.

I'm happy to have this shorter container that works well and fits under the counter nicely. I also think it mixes larger and more solid things better than the narrow tall container. I hope it stays shiny and clear as the other got a bit cloudy with use. The only downside is that it's a bit more time consuming to clean, but not a huge issue.

I've had my Vitamix for several years now and nothing compares to its power. The original model I bought came with the 48 oz. low profile container so adding the 64 oz low profile container gives me great options depending on the intended use. I plan to make almond milk and cashew milk with it soon!

After having the new Low-Profile container all I can say is I LOVE IT! We have less than stellar quality water here with that noted I have discovered that if I hand dry the container right after washing it isn't turning cloudy like the original container did.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
