Pros: Love this grate. Puts the nicest sear marks on all of your food without having to do the quarter turn. Cons: I have a Genesis II 4 burner grill and I was really disappointed to learn that the grate overlaps the existing grate. For the money I have into the grill and the cost of the sear grate I just really feel it should fit right into place. I would have bought two if it did.

I have used the weber-sear grate many times on my Genesis ll E-410. Every outcome has been great. My wife and friends think I am a grill pro ! I had no idea how the sear grate would add so much to the flavor and presentation of a great steak.

This sear grate works OK and it's a 'nice-to-have' addition to my other Weber accessories. But, in reality, I can just as easily get criss-cross sear marks by rotating meats 60-90 degrees on the stainless steel grates I already have.

Great product, has become a permanent feature on my genesis II. Gets blazing hot and makes excellent, professional sear marks. A little difficult to clean, so recommend getting the weber split-bore brush to clean the diamonds.

I was told my Weber this would fit my E435 Genius11 grill,it will not fit flush,it will sit on the edge of the next grate,depending which side you choose,even the directions that comes with the seat grate says it will overlap,so if you want a even smooth line and no little hump or layover it will not look good,if have to read very carful on all of Weber accessories,but They still make the best grill,just buyer beware of accessories.

Gets hotter and does great job for steaks. Little hard to clean after doing burgers. Fits my 3 burner great.

The Sear grate works very well, BUT it would have been nice to know that the Grate is larger than the original grate. I purchased 3 of them figuring I would have all new grates, BUT only 2 of them fit and that leaves the last original grate over lapping the new ones. Weber, next time please make replacements/upgrades fit properly or let buyers know that this is a problem.

I get great marks by rotating my steaks half a turn anyway. This is great for roasting asparagus, etc. Designed as one size fits all, it doesn't fit the 3 series very well.

Cast Iron grate gives professional searing and char results. I'm getting another grate so I have on on each side. Of course, my Weber Genesis LX makes this an easy option to use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
