The bracket that mounts to the grill does not hold the motor in the correct place. The rod has an extension on it which also causes the rods to not line up with each other. I feel this is a bad modification of a product for another model. For a company as high end as Weber, I expect more.

The rotisserie does not fit properly. The motor looks like it sits too low on the bracket and raises off the bracket when I put the spit on the grill. The rounded indents on the spit on the left don't line up with the cutout on the side of the grill so the square part rotates in the indent.

Ex335 2022 Genesis grill, this rotisserie doesn't quite seem to fit. The motor looks like it sits too low on the bracket and raises off the bracket when I put the spit on the grill. I love my 2022 Genesis grill, however, this rotisserie doesn't quite seem to fit. The motor looks like it sits too low on the bracket and raises off the bracket when I put the spit on the grill. The rounded indents on the spit itself don't line up with the cutout on the side of the grill so the square part rotates in the indent. I thought this may have been a defective unit and warranty returned one. I'm in my second one and it's still the same issue. My 19 year old rotisserie fit the grill perfectly and I'm disappointed by this.

It's been awhile since I've had a functioning rotisserie so when I had the chance to order this for the Weber grill at my new house, I ordered it as an early birthday present for myself. Easy to install, ( although I wish the cord was a little longer to reach my outlet). My old system had a vertical burner across the back of the grill to use with the rotisserie, so Setting the grill up to use the regular burners across the bottom was initially concerning. Removing the grates and the burner covers produced the heat needed for quick results and the rotation of the skewer ensured even cooking and a juicy result. I would recommend using a drip plate of some kind as it can get messy, I am very happy with the ease of cooking the rotisserie system allows!

The grill is great, the cover however, is tearing at a seam and that is very frustrating for a cover that is a month old.

Purchased for Christmas dinner. Setup was easy, and it performed great. Did a prime rib roast turned out perfect. A must have.

First use with a 12# turkey the thread that holds my skewer in place bound up. This happened within 15 minutes into my cook. The tensile on the stainless tap to threads isn't ideal for torque loading the threads axially. The bar is square and the skewer has a round bore so naturally as the food rotates the threads can can see load and become bound up. In my case 15 minutes into my cook, one of the skewers was walking out. When I tried to reposition it I could not even rotate the screw because the tap was bound up. The old version of square bar and square female skewer receiver was a much better configuration ( I've had one on a Silver C for 20+ years of heavy use and never had an issue) as the screw cannot shift on the flat portion of the bar. This new design is simply a poor engineering design - looks good but actual functionality is lousy. If possible I'd like to get a set of the old (two prong) skewer versions to replace these skewers that came with my new rotisserie assembly.

Easy to setup, moves very slowly compared to our Rotisserie for the Dacor grill we had in the Lower 48 however, our Thanksgiving Chicken was delicious.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
