We just love the new rotisserie we recently bought from Webber Grills. We have used it twice so far and the results have been really great. Our large chicken was sumptuous and the pork loin we cooked with the rotisserie came out perfect.

Rotisserie rod does not properly fit into the motor and disengages often Genesis SP-E-325 and Rotisserie 7652 both purchased in Oct. 2023 from local retailer

Initially the bracket was not correct for my Genesis E-325s grill (2022 model). However a customer service representative (Giovanna) provided excellent assistance and sent a bracket that solved this minor issue. I now can report that the rotisserie is perfect and enjoyable to use. Super Weber accessory!

It was an easy install, built solid, has good chrome (appears) and a strong motor to turn a big piece of beef.

It works but the motor sits higher than the stops on the bracket. Adding the extension makes the spit the correct length but it raises up at one point while turning…on the pointed end. Not a great design for this grill even the description denotes that it is for my grill.

Motor is quite but it sets to low on my genesis 2 S-335 When the motor is mounted it sets right against the tray and the rod rides right on the grill With the grates removed i only have 4 inches from the center of the spit to the flavorizer bars not going to work for any larger meats definitly not a 15 or 16 lb roast

Upon installation to a Genesis II the mounting bracket did not link up correctly and my 12 lb turkey stop turning. I had to prop something behind the motor to push it into place while I was grilling. Appears that the motor needed to rid up on the bracket making it less solid. Will need to work with the mounting to ensure next time it works as advertised.

I bought this to make a turkey breast on the grill for thanksgiving. Tried it out with a chicken this past weekend and it worked well. Chicken was great!

Ok, maybe I didn't invent this hack, but I will take credit for it anyway! I really hate prepping the chicken to get ready to rotisserie it, all the trusssing slippery wings and legs. So instead of skewering the bird front to back, I jab the bird from side to side, catching the wings and legs with the spines of the rotisserie. No more flapping wings or legs, a perfect chicken!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
