Nice product, fit exactly as the service people said.

I replaced a built in Jenn aire with this unit, and had a very precise hole to fill in my granite. BBQ guys were super helpful on their service line. This unit dropped right in perfectly. Shipping was flawless, I received the unit in about 5 days, no damage, all parts intact, and easy plug and play from my old one. I haven't used it to cook yet, just installed it today, but fired it up, heats nicely, starts quick, and looks great. Can't wait to cook my first ribeye on this baby.

Great grill with a lot of features

I have been searching for a good outside grill and I am very happy with the quality as well as the functionality. It has all the features I was looking for, very high temperature, a pro sear burner, the flame tamers do work well. The LED lights are added features great for cooking at night. I had to call for questions about the rotisserie and the staff at Sunstone was very helpful and professional. I have been grilling for 2 months and I highly recommend this grill.

Great Grill. Really well made.

Researched grills carefully and spoke to companies as well as the informed representatives at BBQ guys. Was very impressed with customer support at Sunstone Metal Products who were very generous with time, information and support. Made me feel great about buying the grill. Delivered without any damage and a beautiful machine. Looks like a million bucks and I bought Sunstone accessories. Looks like a million bucks in my new outdoor backyard kitchen and patio!

Had a Few Problems and Zeke Took Care of Them

I received the grill and the knobs/valves were not centered with the knob rings, so they wouldn't function properly. Called Zeke in customer service and he sent the needed parts and a grill tech out to repair the grill. Just grilled a great Tri-Tip roast to perfection on the Sear Burner. Its all great and I really appreciate Zeke handling the problem and sending me some additional products. If you could make a splatter pan to inset for the Rotisserie use to inset when one removes all the grill workings that would be great to keep the drippings localized for easy cleanup. Say one that just drops into the open rectangle of the grill.

Nice Grill top to bottom

Cooked on it twice still working out the timing, cooks very well, very hot just have to adjust time and temps. Love the lights very stylish and well built. Best unit I've seen for the money hands down. Don't know what the other companies can improve on for 3000 dollars more.....

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
