Really like this grill, but the grates rusted out much too quickly. Weber was kind enough to replace them the first time, about 18 months after we got the grill. The second set rusted just as quickly.
I have loved my Weber and taken great care to keep clean and well maintained, but the grill crates are totally rusted and flaking. I don't want to spend a bunch of money if it is just going to happen again.
The parts I purchased are OK BUT MY GRILL IS CHANGING COLOR. LOOKS LIKE RUST BUT IT IS NOT RUST. WHATS GOING ON ??? SEE PHOTOS
Just like every other one in this review section, it is obvious that Weber has issues with rusted out grates. Instead of putting their sweet little comment of "we are reaching out to you with maintenance tips, why don't they post a link with each of those comments to a place on their website where everyone can figure out what all of your users are obviously "doing wrong"?
I've had the spirit E210 since early 2015. in spite of using it about 2-3 times a month only, cleaning after every use, and always using the cover, the grates are a rusty mess. The last dinner i made on it ended up in the trash, after every bite resulted in the terrible crunch of metal on the teeth. Ive never had this problem with any of the 4 or so other grilles i've owned in my life. Based on the reviews here, it looks like this product is essentially defective and Weber isn't going to offer an alternative. I switched to Weber with this grille and am now trying to decide if it's just more cost effective to buy a whole new different brand of grille vs. buying new grates every 4 years.
Needed to replace the original grates. These fit perfectly!
I've had my Spirt E210 for a couple years. Never had a problem until recently when the grate and Flavorizer bars started to go bad. Now looking to replace them.

Purchased the Weber Spirit thinking we were getting a quality grill.... But, within the first few months of grilling, the grates started deteriorating.
I bought gas Webber spirit 2 , 6 months a go but now I need to replaced middle burner and I can't find the part number on this web Thanks

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
