I bought grill in 2015 but have replaced flavor bars and grates twice they rust so easy this set is actually falling apart. I keep it clean maintain all the time. I am looking to order grates again but I am hesitant

I bought this weber 200 series a couple of years ago-but have not been able to use it due to rusty grates,with small rust particles flaking into the meatWeber does have a good reputation,and I am writing this review to ask for 2 new grates also the flavor bars are very rusty

Have gone through two sets of cooking grates and 2 sets of flavorizer bars in less than 7 years. Grill has been properly maintained and covered after each use. Only reason they were used even that long is that they are so expensive to replace, it almost makes more sense just to buy a new grill. In addition to the lack of durability of the cooking surface and bars, the grill quickly developed "hot spots" that incinerate food, while the other half of the grill barely cooks. Will not be purchasing a Weber grill again. Save your money and buy a cheaper grill. It couldnt perform more poorly than a Weber, and when it goes bad you can replace the whole thing and still spend less.

I was a little perturbed bu reviewing what the 25 year warranty on a Weber grill actually covers, but nonetheless, the Weber service is always top notch. The grates were a little expensive, however, I received them in timely manner and they work GRATE!

inner cooking grate on the 210E part 64830 rusted and collapse into the grill. I cover my grill and clean grill all the time. I expected some parts to have problems, but not the grates. Very disappointed with quality of grates. Never had this problem with any other weber grill I owned.

Bought Spirit E-220 in May 2014. Grill overall has been great in terms of equal grilling throughout. But after 3 yrs, flavorizer bars rusted through (called & Weber said, "out of warantee"), then the grates began to rust with a vengeance after 5 years--maybe that's not too bad?! Like other customers we did keep it clean by burning off the excess food, cleaning with metal grill scraper, non-metal pads, and coated with cooking oil (since heard it's cast iron), but the rusted grates really started to flake off in chunks...Scared to order another set as was shocked at 1 star reviews on this issue over past few years: When about 46% of the total 101 reviews are 1-2 stars, then something is wrong.

These cooking grates feature a fine layer of porcelain over the cast iron, so we do not recommend applying oil directly on them (lightly oiling the food is preferred). Thank you.

Bought this Grill expecting it to be the Grill that I wouldn't have to replace for a significant amount of time. You know how it is, buy from a box retailer, and you expect to replace every 3 years. Frankly, I paid the money expecting to get quality from Weber, and wow, has this experience been disappointing. In year 5 of owning, with the grill having been covered its entire life, the entire base where the wheels connect is rusting through, and I literally cannot role the grill without collapsing them to the side. No support to hold the wheels up. In addition, the grates, as in other posts, have been rusting through since year 2.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
