I bought my Weber grill under two years ago. I have taken care of the grates as instructed with the literature included with my grill purchase and it is always covered with a Weber specific cover Yet they are rusted which means I will have to purchase new ones to ensure no rust gets included with the food i want to cook on them. They should last longer than two years even though mine haven't. My heat shields are also rusted. Appears to be poor quality issue.

I think Weber makes a great product but the grills are terrible. I called Weber a year after I bought the grill to ask for stainless steel grates and was told they don't make them for this grill ( Spirit E210). They told me just to brush the grates and it is only bar-b -que sauce. Well it's rust. Any sugestions?

Bought this Weber grill perfect size for just me and my wife but the cooking grates do not clean easy and are starting to rust. I wish we had true stainless steel that worked and lasted for a longer time

I have only ever had Weber grills and I absolutely love them. However, the cast iron grill grates for the Spirit E-210 seem to rust way too easily. I have had three sets and have had the same issues with all. I have seasoned them prior to first use and after every 1-2 uses. Same result. They quickly rust. I really wish Weber would start to make stainless steel grates for this size grill which is perfect for our family. Every other aspect of this grill is great, I just wish the the same could be said for the grates.

I purchased the Weber Spirit 2 summers ago, used often and covered after every use. The grates are rusted and unusable. I had been told Weber had the best grill but I don't agree.

LOVE the grill, but the plates rust despite cleaning after each use. The grill gets light use and the size is perfect for what we need, but the quality of the grates on the grill is very disappointing.

I upgraded to the Spirit 200 Stainless option, but didn't receive stainless grates. Apparently nobody makes them for this model. Budget for grates every 3-years.

I bought this grill thinking I would be set for at least 10 years as Webber has an outstanding reputation as the best. My grates were replaced under warranty two years ago and have already rusted and flaked badly. It cannot be safe to eat food that possibly has chunks of rust and corrosion so I have to cook on tin foil or a silicone baking mat. I have followed all maintainence instructions and keep the cover on when not in use. Please consider stainless grates for this grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
