Damaged on DeliveryPut simply, I would not order this item again. I spent over $10k on a new outdoor kitchen through BBQGuys and this item had to be delivered three times. Even on the third delivery, it was still not delivered in mint condition, as the door was a bit misaligned, but I'm out of time and it's close enough at this point. Each time this item was delivered, the box looked like it had been crushed. The first time, the drawers were completely misaligned and would not even open. The second time, the door side was bent out of alignment and the door would not close properly. The third time was similar to the second, just not as pronounced, so here we are. After the 2nd failed delivery, a very nice customer support rep told me that she would do her best to get it shipped via freight instead of Fedex/UPS. When calling back the next week to inquire, a different support rep told me that this would not be possible and offered to have me just keep the damaged item at a lower cost instead of replacing it. This is not the quality that I'd expect when spending this sort of money on a brand new outdoor kitchen. | Was This Helpful? |
