We have a large Weber grill that sits next to our Traeger Pro 22. We have had the Weber for 7 years longer than the Traeger. The original cover is still on the Weber and it looks brand new. Our Traeger is 6 years old and we have gone through 4 covers already. This time I had to buy a larger cover, the 34 series, just to get the chimney on the correct side. Our Traeger is also rusting through on the back where the bottom rack sits. We love the Traeger and it is our favorite grill out of 4 on our deck but the cover quality is awful and I am losing faith in the grill. Which is sad as I was planning on buying the largest Timberwood for my birthday next month.

Bought a new Pro 34 and a new cover at the same time, about 2 months ago. Love the grill, not the cover. I keep this on an uncovered deck. Every time it rains, when I go to use the grill a day or two later, the top of the grill is wet.

I got this cover with my new Pro 34 two years ago. Within a few months, cracks were starting to show. I reached out to Traeger, and they would not replace it. Now, the top of the cover is entirely cracked. It looks awful.

I bought this cover in Dec 2020 to replace a grill cover I had since 2015 that was finally starting to give into the elements. This new grill cover tore as soon as I put in over the smoke pipe. If that wasn't bad enought, the wind blew it and tore it even more. I want old Traeger products that stood up and that were built to last the weather and made with better quality. Regrettably I will purchase another one so my smoker is protected and I hope it last longer than the last one.

I purchased this cover to go with his new Traeger that I purchased for Christmas. After only a couple of days of having this grill plus the cover, we have found the cover blown off twice.. So much for working under "all the elements"

I can't say enough good things about this cover and its quality. I've had my Pro Series 34 for 3 years now and it's sat outside in Kansas with the cover on it 24/7/365. It's been below 0 degrees and above 100 degrees several times. Rain, hail, snow, ice, direct sun, bird droppings, you name it. My grill faces north, so it's in the shade quite a bit and I just took this picture today. This is how it looks after 3 years of mother natures abuse and I've never cleaned it. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the cover and I should probably buy another one just to have in case it's ever discontinued. Definitely worth the MSRP and its done a great job protecting my investment. My grill gets used a fair amount, so it doesn't look brand new, but it's pretty darn clean for 3 years old and easily over 50 cooks.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
