Looking for some help here @traeger. So far im loving my new grill but I tried installing the front shelf and its practically impossible to remove the side screws on the barrel. I have stripped all 4 screws using both a screwdriver and impact drill. I know these things are made well but why tighten these screws so hard if they have zero use.

I love this folding shelf for my Ironwood 650. It was easy to install, is simple to lift into place and lower, and is solid.

I have an original pro 22, with the BBQ model vs the newer TBF models. I haven't seen one of these folding shelves in a retailer to study. Curious as to why it wouldn't not be compatible with the BBQ model. Is it just a matter of drilling holes to mount it as the BBQ model doesn't have have pre-drilled holes.

This is a necessary upgrade! It took away the frustration of not having a flat surface when using the smoker, and it folds down so I can still use the smoker cover! It installs in less than 5 min and you don't even need to look at instructions. I wish I had purchased this sooner!

Got this as a birthday present for my Ironwood 650. Fit was perfect and I doubt that I spent 5 minutes installing it. Opening the box was the hardest part. Really convenient.

This shelf has never worked properly for me. The hardware supplied will not keep the shelf level and when a tray or any weight is set on it, the tray will collapse. Love my grill but this shelf is not the same quality

I've had my Traeger grill for about one year now. I live in Pa where it hard to use it in the winter. So I Built a room onto the kitchen just so I could use it year around.

The shelf is easy to install. It looks great and it's also a very convenient option that adds more flexibility in handling foods than the side shelf alone.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
