I've used this device numerous times on full chickens. I usually pour a mixture of water and spices in the center then cook. The item works well, but can be difficult to get the chicken off safely and cleaning the interior tube is very difficult. Product is very heavy duty and well built.

I've made 5 beer can chickens using this handy tool and it makes cooking the perfect chicken easy. Before, with the chicken resting only on the beer can, it was easy to create a mess. With the Chicken Throne, no mess and it holds a 12 oz can or bottle of beer perfectly. Best add-on purchase I have made.

Awesome product. Just put your liquid in the ceramic holder, set your chicken on top, and Traeger. Notice I said Traeger not grill. Delicious, ever so moist chicken. Unbelievable. The cans give off all kinds of toxins. Who wants that in their chicken? Not me! Yes would recommend.

It worked really well, unfortunately their dog knocked it off the side of the girl and the ceramic at the top broke off. Lesson: Keep you dogs away from the grill.

Wide base is much more stable than a beer can and heats up faster. Ceramic material cleans up easily.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
