So far So Good! Just got this delivered last week and so far only had a chance to do some burgers and Chicken. Looking forward to using the Basket on the Rotisserie and try adding some smoke with the "Smoker Box" Also first grill with a "Sissle Zone" Side Burner.

Bought about 8 weeks ago. The grill looked good, but started to discolor after four uses. The burners get very hot, but low temperature cooking is very hard to control. Just moving the cheap plastic knobs is a challenge for accurate grilling temperature setting. My biggest issue is the sib failed after two uses and igniter already needs to be replaced. The cast iron grates are thin and light and I'm sure they won't last no matter how much I clean and season them. The lid has discolored greatly and even shows issues of staining. I'm getting the grates replaced with stainless steel as soon as I can, hoping that will help get this grill to last longer than one season. I do not recommend this grill.

HIGH QUALITY GRILL WITH 1st RATE MATERIALS. EXCELLENT HEAT RETENTION. GREAT FLAME STARTING MECHANISM. INFRARED SIDE BURNER IS TERRIFIC. DRAINAGE OF GREASE DRIPS IS NICELY DESIGNED.

Made heavy duty like grills were years ago. This one should hold up well for years with a little TLC. Glad I spent the little extra money am very happy I did.

I purchased this product the end of October and receive it the second week of November 2019. I contacted the BBQ Guys the March 9, 2020 that the grill cabinet was rusting. I was told to send pictures which I did and sent them to the email link I received. On March 13th after no response I call and was told that some one was to call Napoleon but no one had. So I was given Napoleon's number and I was once again requested to send pictures. I received an email response from Napoleon stating this normal and they called it oxidation and they would send me a cleaner. The cleaner arrived a week later I used the cleaner and it took off the rust but the stainless steel has pitting every where it has started rusting. The bottom of the cabinet door the rust did not come off at all. I was told by both the BBQ Guys and Napoleon that this is not covered under the warrantee. I would suggest not purchasing this grill. The warrantee may seem good but neither company is standing behind this product. I was told that since I live in Florida my grill will rust. My grill is located under a cover and I cover the grill with branded grill cover and it still rusted in 3 months.

So far, I like everything about this grill. The infrared burner takes some getting used to. The grill controls the heat well. The only complaint I have is the door only has one magnet. It does not hold well. The s pattern grates add interesting grill marks, I think straight verticals would be easier to clean

The BBQ was what I wanted, as it was described, easy to put together. I love the ignition process, each line has an igniter.

I was looking for a NG bbq for our new home and the Rogue 425 is the perfect fit. I also have Big Green Egg and they have been an excellent combo.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
