Had this for a year. I have smoked everything you can think of on this. Perfect everytime. I can also grill/smoke steak,hamburgers you name it. I have smoked/baked pizzas,pies,a cake. I have gotten rid of all the other cookers I have. The computer in the thing has saved me countless times. Meat gets to temp and the thing automatically turns down to warm mode. AWESOME

I have used my LG 1100 three or more times a week for the last year a half. I had temperature control issues at smoking temps from the start. I called Danson's and they told me I had to reprogram the digital circuit board. After going trough the reprogramming, it held temp for a while. The problems continued and Danson's shipped me a new circuit board (3 different times). Several long cooks were ruined by extreme (500 degree) temp spikes. The unit has been under cover and under a covered porch accept when in use, yet it is rusting considerably around the side and top above the firebox. I like the amount of space for smoking, but wish it was dependable. Its not a set it and forget it smoker. After and a year and a half of use, I have replaced 3 circuit boards, one internal temperature probe and a ceramic ignition rod. Danson's customer service team have been great to deal with. I just wish I didn't have to call them so often.

This smoker makes a bad chef look like a professional. It's so easy to use. The price was awesome hundreds cheaper than some of the other brands. Can't beat this smoker for the price. I recommend it to all my friends.

I purchased this grill several months ago. It is by far the easiest and most tasty Bar-B-Que I have ever experienced. It is also the healthiest way to Bar-B-Que. Set it and forget it. I have grilled, baked and roasted meats and vegetables very successfully. I will never Bar-B-Que or grill without my Pit Boss Pellet Grill.

I bought this grill last summer it cooks great but you better cove it or drain the pellets out after every use. Rain or even condensation gets between the pellet box and grill and will set the pellets or especially pellet dust to concrete in your auger. I had to take mine apart 3 times and barley got the auger out 2 times before we figures out what was causing the issue. When it works it cooks great and I love it when it doesn't you will want to pull your hair out.

I'm really enjoying my pellet grill especially for slow cooking. The wood pellets give a good smoky flavor to food so, I'm really enjoying the experience. I would and have recommended this item to family and friends.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
