The unit overall is beautiful, the lighting effects (flames and logs) however are just not bright enough and the heating aspect of the unit isn't warm enough as expected for a 20 x 20 room.

I bought the Napoleon's Woodland 24 electric logs as a replacement for the Napoleon Woodland 24 ventless gas logs. The gas logs put off too much heat for my room and I could always smell the odor of gas. My fireplace was never used. I absolutely love the electric logs. Realistic flame, multiple settings for flame and heat, easy install,fits my fireplace perfectly So many compliments.

I just purchased this in November and it was beautiful. Unplugged it while I was painting and when I plugged it back in, nothing worked. Really frustrating and I don't know who to contact. It was beautiful but now, not so much.

after a year and no more warranty, it no longer puts out any heat. just clicks. light still works, but always been very dim.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
