This is by far my most favorite Fireplace that Napoleon has to offer in its line up. The Tall version of the Vector give you such a large viewing area, it is so worth the upgrade to get a Tall version of the Vector series

The Woodland 24 Electric Log Set is the perfect low maintenance fire feature to be the center of attention for that old fireplace you want to revamp. The plug in electrical cord makes it a simple installation to give you instant ambiance. Easy to control with the remote it comes with and sure to liven up the mood of your living room. The realistic detail in the logs give the added effect of a real log.

Just not worth the price. Actually, not worth more Than a bargain brand at any discount outlet. No better no worse. I don't even turn it on anymore. Remote quit. Nothing else to say.

We bought the 27" unit in December 2022. The radiant heat feature works ok (almost like a space heater). The look of it is ok, but the LED lights are very dark. Even with the room lights off that the unit is located within the fireplace, it is very hard to see. The photos on the Napoleon website as advertised are not truly accurate compared to the unit we purchased. Im disappointed with this product given we had to pay an electrician come wire an outlet to our existing gas fireplace. I thought all Napoleon products would be solid as we have a Napoleon PRESTIGE® 500 RSIB gas grill that had already broke down once, but they sent the replacement parts free of charge.

The system works well but the blower motor is loud. It's not a system malfunction but a design issue. Additionally, the system cycled repeatedly on and off in an increasing rate. The online manual did not address the cyclic issue and I eventually determined that the unmarked switch located to the extreme left of the on-off switch was key to resolve the uncontrolled cyclic issue. I eventually determined that the switch had to be depressed concomitant with the power switch repeatedly to stop the uncontrolled, runaway cyclic issue. This issue should be addressed in a revised manual.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
