Bought a month ago and grates same quality as new and bought cleaning grill product with the kit that came with the long handle scrubber and after using it grill looks like new. Cleaning products was quality.

Purchased this replacement part for my grill because the original was scaling from rust. Southern grilling in high humidity rusts things quickly. Weber Your the Best!

Last summer we tried to replace our grates bc they were so rusty (don't use a Grill Daddy steamer brush to clean the grill). Am about to order what seems to be the right grill grates since we specified model Q300 in our search and had to return the ones we received last year....stay tuned. Please note, however that the grates that came with our grill also fell down easily with any movement of the grate even with food on it. Grrr! Hoping this 2nd pass is a keeper. I am a 2x Q300 buyer bc I lost mine in divorce settlement. I love the size and ease of use of the grill. Just wish the grates had survived 2 or more seasons.

I ordered this grates to habe a Guenine Original grats from Weber, but unfortunatelly the grates falling in. As if they were a little bit too small. It is dangerous to use it because when you clean the grates after 10 minutes of warming, it is hard to get them back at the right place.. Very dissapointed... I already change grates 4-5 years ago without troubles.

Bought the grill in 2008 replaced once because of rust. Now 2018 need another set because of the same problem. Was told the second set was coated doesn't seem so, has so much rust I will not cook on it. I have a smaller Q in AZ with a nice coated easy to clean grate, why can't the large one be coated in the same manner?

Replaced old worn out Grates, lasted 6yr with grilling 5 times a wk, Coating was coming off and beginning to rust, Not good for the taste.

Grates fit the Weber 320Q perfectly, however the warming rack no longer aligns with the grooves in the grate. I ordered the grill from the Weber.com site and read all the information associated with it before ordering. There was no mention of warming rack/grate alignment.

I enjoy my small Weber Q series gas grill and find it extremely useful. However, the ceramic grates just do not last. Even though I look after them according to the suggested guidelines, I have just bought my sixth pair of grates in 9 years. This is a little disappointing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
