I bought a Q320 a number of years ago along with the matching cover (fits over the BBQ when sides are down thus saves space when storing). The cover wore out so I contacted Customer Service thru email over a month ago. I finally got a response with links for over 10 different covers. Useless service. Alas, it seems that this cover is the only option. As mentioned by other disappointed customers, what is the point of having retracable side tables if the cover needs to have the side up in order for it to fit properly? Weber's response is that the design team will be informed. The design team is a joke since they came up with the idea of changing the cover from the BEST design of a few years ago to this ridiculous version. Please explain the point of having side tables that fold down if you are obliged to keep them UP when the BBQ is not in use - simply to make the cover fit. Going to 'Omar The Tent Maker' is a better idea then buying this useless product. Wait.... here's an idea.... Why not offer both designs??? Then people who bought this BBQ to save space can have a proper cover; and those who don't mind keeping the side up can have a cover to suit their needs as well. You already have the design from a few years ago....it's really not that difficult to figure out. I've attached a picture of the original cover in case you forgot what it looked like....

New Weber Q grill cover is terrific. Quality is very good, looks is very good, and fit is very good. I love the velcro ties of the sides and front of the cover.

Extremely disappointed. We researched and ordered the right one for our grill, however it is way too small and would not go over the sides without fear of ruining it. We are returning it.

Disappointing as it's not at all like the cover that came at the time of purchase. Doesn't fit as snug, has no handle on top and the material is not as durable

Very good quality material used, does the job well! little bit baggy on the Q2000 series but we have had no problems with it.

Weber is the best HOWEVER, they most likely get their 'cover' from a cheap 'out-source'. I'd pay a premium for a well fitting (original) cover that allows the side panels 'down'. May as well go to 'Omar the Tent' salesman.

I was looking to replace my grill cover. But after reading the poor reviews about not being able to store the grill with the side trays in the down position because this cover is too large. I think I will explore other options.

I specifically bought the Q 3000 series on a stand for the size convenience. l my original cover was PERFECT! it has worn out and the replacement is too big, and too much trouble to keep on in the wind - don't want to climb all around the grill to tie the cover down. please go back to the original fit.

I was going to purchase a Q3200; now I'm contemplating not buying because there is no cover that fit properly. Its been years and all the review responses from Weber to people who are disappointed say "i'll pass the information on to our design team". Is there a chance a form fitting cover will be reintroduced?

Read the reviews for above captioned item. We too would like to store our new Weber with wings down, outdoors and with higher grade materials. What other cover model do you suggest would work for Q3200 when wings are down?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
