Te Joe Tisserie makes the best chicken. I even bought the basket Yes to make crispy smoked wings.

If you have a Joe, you need the Joetisserie. It's simply a must. We make whole chicken on it all the time but have also tried picanha, tri-tip , and many other things on this and they all turn out amazing!

My cover for big Joe lol went from red band to pink to white and fell apart in 6 months I recommend buying a 50 gallon garbage bag you'll get more use out of it and I'm a big fan Of Kamado Joe it's a disgrace discover

I absolutely love this thing! Great quality food! I like to use this in conjunction with the KJ basket for making whole meals. I especially love this and the Texas heat so that way I don't have to stand outside while cooking!

Out of all the accessories I have this one is used the most. I just bought the basket so I can't wait to try that out. From roasting a whole duck or chicken, prime rib, or doing Mediterranean chicken this accessory is very versatile. I have seen pictures of doing fish in the new basket but have not been able to do that. Is it necessary, no. But if you want to switch it up and try something new that is relatively easy and makes you more involved in the cook then this is for you. I recommend watching a few "how to" videos first. As with most of KJ products you will not be disappointed.

We si lve our Joetisserie! We can finally cook our own lechon in. Lechon is hard to find where we were at. And thought the Joetisserie will make it possible our home missed pork belly. We made it happen and we believe its better than the ones we used to eat back home in the Philippines. Nothing beats home made cooked foods with kamado and Joetisserie

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
